Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat efikasi diri karier siswa kelas XI SMA PL Sedayu; 2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi kematangan karier siswa kelas XI SMA PL Sedayu; 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri karir terhadap kematanagan karir pada siswa kelas XI SMA PL Sedayu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA PL Sedayu. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala efikasi diri karier dan kematangan karier. Jumlah item skala efikasi diri sebanyak 36 item dengan nilai Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0.910. Pada skala kematangan karir jumlah item sebanyak 42 dengan nilai Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,915. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tingkat efikasi diri karier siwa kelas XI SMA Pangudi Luhur Sedayu berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar  48%; 2) Tingkat kematangan karier siswa kelas XI SMA Pangudi Luhur Sedayu berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 59%; 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri karier terhadap kematangan karir. Efiaksi diri karier menyumbang sebesar 53,8% terhadap kematangan karier.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) describe class XI students' perceptions of individual counseling services at SMA Stella Duce 2 Yogyakarta, (2) find out suggestions for guidance topics to help students understand and have a good perspective on individual counseling services. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The research subjects were 88 class XI students of SMA Stella Duce 2 Yogyakarta. Data collection used a perception scale with 49 valid items and had a Cronbach Alpha reliability index of 0.925. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale and is arranged based on aspects of perception: (1) affective, (2) conative, (3) cognitive. The results of the research show that there is a perception of students participating in individual counseling services in class individual at school. Then, in the perception item scores there are 26 (53.10%) perception items in the very good category, then there are 2 (4, 10%) perception items in the good category, there are 4 (8.20%) perception items in the sufficient category, and 17 items in the poor category (34.70%). Researchers propose guidance topics based on poor item scores with affective aspects (6 items), conative aspects (6 items), and cognitive aspects (5 items).

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the internalization of the spiritual values of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of Our Lady, Mother of Mercy (SCMM) among junior sisters. The respondents to this study were four (4) junior SCMM sisters serving in the Santa Sesilia Community in Yogyakarta. The type of research used to address this issue was qualitative research. The data collection methods employed were in-depth interviews and observation of non-verbal behaviour. The research instrument consisted of interview guideline questions. Information was gathered from in-depth interviews with each research respondent, recorded using a sound recorder, and then compiled into verbatim transcripts. The results of the study indicate that the four (4) research respondents have a clear understanding of spirituality as an important aspect of human life. They perceive it as a search for meaning, purpose, and a personal connection with something greater than themselves, involving the authentic development of personal values and needs. The respondents have a deep understanding of the spiritual values within the context of the SCMM congregation, which include compassion, simplicity, humility, and love.
