<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Pengelolaan hipotermia perioperatif mencakup langkah-langkah pencegahan seperti pemanasan aktif dengan selimut pemanas, pemberian cairan hangat, dan pemantauan suhu tubuh secara kontinu. Selain itu, pemilihan teknik anestesi yang sesuai serta edukasi kepada tenaga medis mengenai pentingnya manajemen suhu tubuh pasien merupakan bagian dari strategi yang harus diterapkan di kamar operasi (Koyuncu, Güngör, & Yava, 2022). Untuk mengetahui pengelolaan pencegahan dan managemen hipotermi perioperative yang dilakukan pada pasien berdasarkan kajian literature review. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan literatur review, Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah literature review sistematis. Diketahui Manajemen Hipotermia Perioperatif yaitu Monitoring suhu tubuh pasien secara berkala menggunakan termometer esofagus atau inframerah timpani. Pemberian pemanasan aktif jika suhu tubuh pasien turun di bawah 36°C. Pengelolaan komplikasi akibat hipotermia, seperti gangguan koagulasi dan metabolisme obat. Kata Kunci: Pencegahan, Hipotermia Perioperative, Regional Anestesi ABSTRACT Perioperative hypothermia management includes preventive measures such as active warming with a heating blanket, administering warm fluids, and continuous body temperature monitoring. Furthermore, selecting an appropriate anesthetic technique and educating medical personnel about the importance of patient temperature management are all strategies that must be implemented in the operating room (Koyuncu, Güngör, & Yava, 2022). To determine the prevention and management of perioperative hypothermia in patients, a literature review was conducted. This study used a literature review design. The method used in this study was a systematic literature review. Perioperative Hypothermia Management includes regular monitoring of the patient's body temperature using an esophageal or infrared tympanic thermometer. Active warming if the patient's body temperature drops below 36°C is also needed. Management of complications due to hypothermia, such as coagulation disorders and drug metabolism, is also needed.
