Abstract

Through the numbered head together learning strategy, it is hoped that students will actively work together in small groups, discuss answers with group members and ensure that each group member can work on and know the answer, so that through this learning strategy can increase student learning activity. The numbered head together learning strategy can be optimal, it needs to be supported by the use of effective learning media. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis in research uses qualitative descriptive techniques through three stages, namely: data presentation, data reduction and verification or drawing conclusions. Based on the discussion and analysis of data proving that using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model in Economics Class XII MAN Pulau Taliabu, it can be concluded that: Using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model in Economics subjects increases the learning interest of Class XII MAN Island students Taliabu This can be seen from the indications of interest in learning at each meeting.

Abstract

Tujuan dari peneltiian ini untuk menjelaskan pengelolaan progrem pembentukan caracter di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pulau Taliabu. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan desain study kasus, dilaksanakan di MANi Pulau Taliabu. Yang dilakukan dalam pengambilan data digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan pemeriksaan dokumen, dengan analisys data meliputi rangkuman, penyajian, dan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada beberapa langkah berbeda yang dilakukan untuk memperkuat karakter, seperti menonton dan belajar, bekerja sama, membuat rencana, melaksanakan rencana, memeriksanya, dan melihat bagaimana hal itu bisa menjadi lebih baik. Kepala sekolah mendapat bantuan dari tim dan koordinator. Ada empat bagian dalam melaksanakan rencana tersebut, yaitu menerapkannya dalam segala hal di sekolah, memastikan semua orang mempercayainya, menunjukkan contoh nyata, dan berbicara dengan orang tua. Kepala sekolah juga mengawasi bagaimana rencana tersebut dilaksanakan. Terakhir, mereka melihat seberapa baik rencana tersebut berjalan, membuat perubahan jika diperlukan, dan membicarakannya dengan orang lain.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education in madrasahs is a necessity to maintain the existence of madrasahs as educational institutions that meet the community's needs in terms of human resources in education and religion. This need will be fulfilled if education can initiate the development process of desired cadres. Of course, this phenomenon becomes the responsibility of the madrasah, including all elements from the head of the madrasah to its students. To examine this issue, a study was conducted on madrasah management, madrasah environment, and students at MAN Pulau Taliabu. Data collection techniques used in this research include interviews, observations, and documentation as supporting tools. The results show that the head of the madrasah makes various efforts to improve teaching quality by establishing various quality guidelines: a) providing services commensurate with expectations; b) user complaints as means for continuous evaluation and improvement; c) community development d) implementing common goals through continuous training programs to enhance qualifications for both teachers and students.
