Abstract

This study discusses the role of customer relationship management in increasing customer retention at annahl travel surabaya. In the increasingly competitive travel industry, CRM plays an important role in building long- term relationships with customers through structured communication, loyalty programs, and customer data management. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that CRM at An Nahl Travel is not only applied during the departure of worship, but also afterwards through personal follow-up, special offers, and ongoing communication through digital platforms. Old customers are prioritized through loyalty programs and transparent services. CRM has been proven to contribute greatly to customer satisfaction and loyalty, despite challenges such as untidy data and limited follow-up time. In the future, An Nahl plans to optimize the CRM system with modern applications and more structured loyalty programs.

Abstract

This research aims to test the rupiah exchange rate and BI Rate variables on basic materials sector stock prices on IDX MES in the long term and short term using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis method in the Eviews 11 application. The data used is monthly in January 2021 -December 2023 sourced from Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results obtained are in accordance with the VECM test, the rupiah exchange rate variable in the short term and long term has a significant negative effect on stock prices, while the BI Rate variable in the short term and long term has no significant effect on stock prices. Based on the causality test, the rupiah exchange rate and BI There is no two-way causal relationship between rates and share prices.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan prioritas nasional yang direspons Pemerintah Kota Surabaya melalui Peraturan Walikota Nomor 79 Tahun 2022 tentang Program Kelas Calon Pengantin (Catin). Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja kebijakan tersebut di PUSPAGA Kecamatan Bubutan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan enam kriteria evaluasi William N. Dunn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberhasilan pada aspek efektivitas, efisiensi, responsivitas, dan ketepatan, yang dibuktikan dengan penurunan prevalensi stunting sebesar 68,75% (2022-2024) serta efisiensi birokrasi melalui digitalisasi. Namun, aspek kecukupan dan pemerataan dinilai belum optimal karena durasi intervensi satu kali yang kurang memadai untuk perubahan perilaku mendalam dan adanya kesenjangan akses digital bagi kelompok rentan teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, kebijakan ini berhasil secara sistemik sebagai gerbang administrasi pencegahan, namun memiliki celah substantif dalam pelaksanaannya. Peneliti merekomendasikan pengembangan materi suplemen berbasis micro-learning dan penyediaan layanan bantuan pendaftaran manual di kelurahan untuk meningkatkan inklusivitas dan dampak program.
