Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan pengawasan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura Suport Cabang Ambon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan sampel karyawan tetap PT. Angkasa Pura Support Cabang Ambon. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura Suport Cabang Ambon. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi -0,179 (p < 0,05), sedangkan pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien regresi 0,310 (p < 0,05). Model regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 1,970 - 0,179X1 + 0,310X2 + e, di mana Y adalah produktivitas kerja, X1 adalah beban kerja, dan X2 adalah pengawasan. Nilai R square sebesar 0,575 menunjukkan bahwa 57,5% variasi produktivitas kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh beban kerja dan pengawasan .

Abstract

Records management is one of the most important things to achieve work efficiency. good and good archive management will certainly encourage increased work efficiency. This study aims to measure the effect of archive management on the work efficiency of the employees of the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office. The problems faced by the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office are: Based on the observations of archiving officers who are not careful in storing archives so that archive officers have difficulty finding archives, the Filing Cabinet Facility which is used to store archives at the Nusaniwe Ambon District office is used to put glasses and cloth napkins. In terms of salvage many files are not secured, files are left piled up on the floor. Likewise with archives that have been unused for years and are left piled up without any follow-up from the archivist to destroy them. This research is a quantitative research supported by descriptive. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 20 with a sample of 7 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. From the results of statistical research on archive management, it has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of the employees of the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office. This is evidenced by the value of the archive management variable coefficient of 7.539 and the significant value of the discipline variable of 0.01 which is smaller than 0.05, meaning that with good archive management, employee work efficiency will increase. In conclusion, archive management has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of the employees of the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office, there is a correlation coefficient value of x to variable y of 0.959 with a very strong category. And Suggestions, the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office, especially the archive management section, should be able to implement a good Archives Management plan, so that it can help overcome several problems related to the existing Archives Management. That way, employee work efficiency can be improved because of the ease in the process of carrying out work. Keywords: Records Management, Employee Work Efficiency

Abstract

Office layout is the arrangement of office space such as arranging office furniture and equipment on the available floor area to provide facilities for employees / employees to carry out their work activities properly. Bappeda, is a regional technical institution in the field of research and regional development planning led by a head of an agency who is under and responsible to the Governor / Regent / Mayor through the Regional Secretary. The problems faced by the Ambon City Research and Development Planning Agency Office are: the type of open space layout without any divides between employees in working based on the number of employees and to support the smoothness of employees, some office space has not maximized office space in the application of good office layout. Some work fields have a narrow space so that the arrangement is too pile up, even tables and chairs that have not been arranged according to the conditions of the narrow room so that they are less pleasing to the eye can result in less comfortable employees in the room. This can cause discomfort and interfere with concentration at work, then reduce the speed at work and result in fatigue due to the mismatch of the required work flow. It was found that there was an uncluttered arrangement of part of the workspace that seemed cluttered by files, uneven placement of the Airconditioner (AC) so that some employees complained of feeling hot and stuffy. This study aims to determine: the effect of office layout on employee performanceThis research is a quantitative research supported by descriptive analysis. The data collection method is by using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 36 with a sample of 36 people. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. From the results of statistical research, office layout has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ambon City Research and Development Planning Agency Office. This is evidenced by the coefficient value of the office layout variable of 4.146, which is greater than t table of 2.032244 and the significant value of the performance variable of 0.00 is less than 0.05, which means that with good office layout, employee performance will increase. Meanwhile, there is a correlation coefficient value x on the y variable of 0.579 with a moderate relationship. Meanwhile, to get a high or very strong relationship, the variable X (office layout) and the y variable (employee performance) must have a correlation coefficient of 1.00 so it can be found that there is a very high or very strong relationship between variable X ( office layout) and variable Y (employee performance). And the coefficient of determination (R square) Office layout has an effect of 33.6% on employee performance. and suggestions, the Ambon City Research and Development Planning Agency Office be able to implement a good office layout design, in order to help overcome several problems related to existing workspace layouts. That way, employee work productivity can also be increased due to employee satisfaction and comfort with the work space used, as well as the ease in the process of carrying out work.The Ambon City Research and Development Planning Agency Office should arrange or rearrange the existing office layout according to the size of the space, so that the office space looks good in the eyes and the activity process of the employees is more comfortable and smooth at work. Abstract

Initial survey at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch shows that there are indications of emotional exhaustion problems among employees. On the other hand, employees also show symptoms of work motivation. This research aims to find out how emotional fatigue and work motivation influence employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that emotional exhaustion of PT employees. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch with an average value of 1,60 which is interpreted as very high, while work motivation with an average value of 2.16 is interpreted as low and employee performance with an average value of 2,85 The results of simple linear regression analysis show that emotional exhaustion has a negatif effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch.Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the emotional exhaustion and the lower the motivation, the employee performance will decrease. To overcome this PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch must strive to reduce emotional exhaustion by paying attention to the symptoms of emotional exhaustion and work motivation that occur.Keywords: emotional exhaustion, work motivation, performance

Abstract

An initial survey at the Tehoru District Office, Central Maluku Regency showed that there were indications of problems with work facilities and employee performance. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work facilities on employee performance in the Tehoru District Office, Central Maluku Regency. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Quantitative analysis shows that work facilities at the Tehoru District Office have an average value of 3,40 which is interpreted as quite good, while employee performance has an average value of 3,54 which is interpreted as quite good. The results of the regression analysis show that work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance at the Tehoru District Office, Central Maluku Regency. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the better the work facilities, the better the employee performance. To improve it, the Tehoru District Office must stive to improve work facilities used by employees so that employees can work effectively. Keywords: Work Facilities, Employee Performance

Abstract

Quality of service is one of the keys that must be owned by entrepreneurs, both those who are just starting a business or those who have been in the business world for years. That is, the quality of service is the level of service related to meeting the expectations and needs of consumers. That is, a service can be called quality if it meets most of the expectations of consumers. Service quality from PT. BFI Finance Ambon Branch has not been carried out optimally so that it has not been able to provide satisfaction to consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at PT. BFI Finance Ambon Branch, the respondents involved in this study were 78 respondents, the sampling technique in this study used probability sampling. Data was collected using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study is a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 software. From the results of the hypothesis research, it produces a tcount value of 15,298 > 1,664 or at a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction at PT. BFI Finance Ambon Branch. Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The archive storage system at the Ambon City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency Office uses an alphabetical storage system, where when a letter is requested, the name of the agency is mentioned using an agenda book. Archival facilities at the Ambon City Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency still lack a place to store archives, as evidenced by the large number of archive stacks in each employee's workspace and are only tied using ropes, while the filing cabinets and archive shelves are fully filled. Archival officers are less dexterous in handling archives. When the Head of the Agency needs a file, the rediscovery of the letter takes quite a long time, approximately 5-10 minutes.A sample of 37 people was taken from employees of the Ambon City Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency. Data is collected by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees. The analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS 25.0 software. The results of the t-test stated that the variable coefficient of Archives Management was 3.940 and the significant value was 0.000 or (<0.05).Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of archive management have a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness. This means that if Archive Management increases, work effectiveness will also increase and vice versa, if archive management decreases, work effectiveness will decrease.
