Abstract

The decrease of sleeping quality on pregnant women may cause an absence of detoxification in the body at nights. Most pregnant women experienced sleeping difficulty and there were only few women, 1.9%, who was not awake at night during their the third trimester. One of therapies to reduce the sleeping difficulty is yoga. This study was to identify the effect of prenatal yoga on sleeping quality of pregnant women at Krakatau Clinic of Kemiling of Bandar Lampung in 2020.  This was a quantitative study with quasi experiment approach. The population comprised the whole pregnant women registered at the clinic. The population was 26 pregnant women. The sampling technique was total population. The samples were divided into two groups. The data collection technique was conducted through questionnaires. The research was conducted in July 2020. The analysis was through univariate and bivariate (T-Test).  The result indicated that the mean of sleeping quality of trimester III pregnant women before the intervention was 9.69 and after the intervention was 5.77. On the other side, the mean of sleeping quality on trimester III pregnant women on the first measurement was 9.54 and 8.08 on the second measurement. There was effect of prenatal yoga on sleeping quality of pregnant women at Krakatau Clinic of Kemiling of Bandar Lampung in 2020 (p value 0.000 < α = 0.05) as indication of sleeping quality improvement 3.923. The women are suggested to do prenatal yoga based on the training session. The midwives are suggested to give information on the yoga technique to gain better sleeping quality. Keywords         : prenatal yoga, sleeping quality, pregnancy ABSTRAKPenurunan kualitas tidur pada wanita hamil, mengakibatkan  tidak terjadinya proses detoksifikasi organ-organ tubuh, terutama pada malam hari. Tujuan Sebagian besar wanita hamil mengalami gangguan tidur dan hanya 1,9% saja wanita yang tidak terbangun pada malam hari selama kehamilan trimester ketiga, slah satu terapi yang dapat dilakuka untuk mengurangi gangguan tidur adalah dengan yoga. Diketahui pengaruh prenatal Yoga terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil di Klinik Krakatau Kemiling Bandar Lampung tahun 2020.Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasy eksperimen.  populasi seluruh ibu hamil. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 26 ibu, jumlah sampel sebanyak 26, tehnik sampel secara total populasi, dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan bulan Juli tahun 2020. Analisa data secara univariat dan bivariat (uji t).Hasil penelitian diketahui mean kualitas tidur pada ibu TM III sebelum pemberian intervensi dengan skor 9,69 dan sesudah intervensi prenatal yoga dengan skor 5,77.  Diketahui mean kualitas tidur pada ibu TM III sebelum pemberian intervensi 9,54 dengan kualitas tidur minimal 7 dan maximal 13. dan sesudah intervensi prenatal yoga sebesar 8,08 dengan kualitas tidur minimal 6 dan maximal 12.  Ada Pengaruh prenatal Yoga terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil di Klinik Krakatau Kemiling Bandar Lampung tahun 2020. (p-value 0,000 < α = 0,05) peningkatan kualitas tidur yang lebih baik yaitu sebesar 3,923. Saran ibu hamil melakukan senam yoga sesuai anjuran dan pembuatan SOP di klinik serta Memberi informasi kepada ibu tentang teknik peningkatan kualitas tidur dengan  senam yoga  Kata Kunci : Prenatal yoga, kualitas tidur, kehamilan
