Abstract

Gandeng Gendong Program, implemented by the Yogyakarta City Government, aims to reduce poverty levels and improve the welfare of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This program is integrated into the Jogja Smart Service (JSS) application under the "Nglarisi" menu, which allows local government agencies (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah or OPD) to order meeting refreshments from MSMEs participating in the Gandeng Gendong Program. This research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. This research uses interview, observation and documentation method. Determination of informants in this research was carried out using purposive sampling. The theoretical framework used in this study is based on Grindlee's theory as outlined in Subarsono (2011:10-16), which includes: (1) Content of Policy; and (2) Context of Implementation. The objective of this research is to understand the implementation of the Gandeng Gendong Program within the "Nglarisi" sub-program in enhancing the economy of MSME operators in the Pakualaman District of Yogyakarta City.The implementation of the Gandeng Gendong Program within the "Nglarisi" sub-program has been carried out effectively but has not yet reached its full potential.

Abstract

Providing public services to the community is one of the most important main tasks for the government. One form of service provided is in the health sector. One of the government's efforts to provide health services to the community is that in every sub-district a government agency has been built as a community health service delivery unit, namely a community health center (Health Center). This research aims to determine the quality of health services at the Depok I Health Center, Sleman Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The indicators in this research are (1) simplicity, (2) clarity, (3) certainty of time, (4) accuracy, (5) security, (6) responsibility, (7) completeness of facilities and infrastructure, (8) ease of access, (9) discipline, politeness and friendliness, (10) comfort.Keyword: Quality Health Services; Health Center.

Abstract

Implementation of an inclusive education program is the implementation of education that includes efforts to include children with special needs into the general school environment. Inclusive education means that schools must include all children, regardless of physical, intellectual, socio-emotional and language conditions. The aim of inclusive education is to provide the widest possible opportunities for students with special needs to obtain education without discrimination. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. Determining informants in this research used the purposive sampling method. The theory used in this research is Ripley and Franklin's theory in Winarno (2014: 148), namely: the level of compliance with applicable regulations, the smooth implementation of routine functions and the absence of problems, the implementation and desired impacts are directed. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of the inclusive education program at SDN Karanganyar Yogyakarta and to find out what the obstacles are in implementing the inclusive education program at SDN Karanganyar Yogyakarta.Keyword: Implementation; Education; Inclusion; Inclusive education.
