Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of purchasing decisions in mediating discount programs, store atmosphere, and advertising on consumer loyalty at the Reborn Point Kumpul Cafe. The population in this research are consumers who make purchase transactions at the Point Kumpul Reborn Café Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this research is the probability sampling method using random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The research results show that the discount program has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, advertising has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the discount program has a significant negative effect on consumer loyalty, the store atmosphere has an insignificant positive effect on consumer loyalty, Advertising has a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, discount programs have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions, discount programs have a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions, discount programs have a positive but not significant effect not significant to consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Social media is one of the technological developments that has played a big role in making it easier for humans to communicate and socialize. Social media is online media that is used as a means of online social interaction on the internet. Users can communicate with each other, interact, share, network, and various other activities through social media. Communication is a process of conveying messages that involves several components or elements, such as communicator activities, messages, and communication. Communication is a very important force in human life and organizations, because it allows individuals to connect and inform each other. The research is based on the main discussion topic of the researcher's thinking about social media on student communication patterns at Abdurachman Saleh University. The data collection method used in the research was in the form of direct interviews with samples that the researchers felt were suitable as data collection media.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a common condition in older adults that requires effective self-care management. This management includes behavioral skills for self-management of the disease, which is essential for controlling hypertension. However, levels of self-care management in older adults tend to be low, and they often experience difficulties that can worsen their health condition. Many older adults perceive poor self-care management as normal, even though it can increase the risk of complications. Aims: to describe the characteristics of the elderly and self-care management in the elderly with hypertension Methods: This study was a descriptive design. The sample consisted of 100 elderly people with hypertension selected using quota sampling. The Self-Management Behavior Ability of patients with hypertension questionnaire was used. Results: The results showed that the majority of elderly people were aged 56-65 years (84 people). The majority of elderly women (86 people). Most respondents were unemployed/retired (69%). The highest level of education was higher education graduates (29 respondents). The duration of hypertension for the majority of elderly people (66 people) was 1-5 years. In addition, the majority of respondents (68 people) had poor (negative) self-care management. Conclusion: Optimal self-care management needs to be implemented to improve the elderly's ability to manage hypertension and maintain quality of life.
