Abstract

The Sales Administration Information System in Stores is a system designed to simplify the sales administration process. This system aims to increase efficiency and accuracy in recording and managing sales data, as well as providing easy access to the information needed for shop owners and their staff. The implementation of the Sales Administration Information System in Stores is expected to increase store productivity and service quality, as well as assist in making strategic decisions to increase profitability and overall business growth.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital world has entered an era of disruption, which has an impact on various sectors, including education. In Indonesia, digital transformation is considered important for the advancement of education, enabling cost efficiency, increased productivity, and better quality of education. One aspect of digital transformation in education is the adoption of digital libraries. Digital libraries are a replacement for manual systems in managing and accessing information, allowing users to access collections in digital format through computers. The digital library's collection includes a variety of document formats, such as text and images, as well as video recording media. One example of a popular digital library is Maktabah Syamilah, which provides thousands of books in various fields of Islamic scholarship. This program provides easy access and information search for users, especially students and researchers in the field of Islam. The use of Maktabah Syamilah has had a positive impact on the development and access to Islamic literature. However, in adopting a digital library, it is necessary to consider effective collection management strategies and efforts to meet the needs of quality information. Thus, digital libraries such as Maktabah Syamilah can be an efficient solution in meeting information needs in today's digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh fleksibilitas prosedur administratif dan lingkungan kerja digital terhadap kinerja pegawai Generasi Z pada CV. Sahita Electronic Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori terhadap 48 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas prosedur administratif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (β = 0.412; p < 0.05). Lingkungan kerja digital juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan serta memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan (β = 0.538; p < 0.05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi sebesar 57.1% terhadap kinerja pegawai (R² = 0.571). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penyederhanaan prosedur administratif dan optimalisasi sistem kerja digital dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Generasi Z. Sahita Electronic, South Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory survey method involving 48 respondents selected through total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that administrative procedure flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.412; p < 0.05). The digital work environment also has a positive and significant effect and demonstrates a more dominant influence (β = 0.538; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables contribute 57.1% to employee performance (R² = 0.571). These findings highlight the importance of simplifying administrative procedures and optimizing digital work systems to enhance the performance of Generation Z employees.
