Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Palembang”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 85 responden dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan teknik Purposive sampilng kepada nasabah yang diukur dengan skala likert. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisi regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien detertminasidengan menggunakan program SPSS 19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ketiga hipotesis dapat diterima, yaitu sebagai berikut: (1) hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan angka sebesar 0.720 yang berarti variabel kualitas layanan (responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty, dan tangible) mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah pada PT.Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Palembang sebesar 7.20% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, (2) hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa nilai thitung dari variabel responsiveness(3,506), reliability(2,952), dan emphaty(5,237) > dari nilai ttabelsebesar 1,990 dan ini mengindikasikan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan (responsiveness, reliability, danemphaty) mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah pada PT.Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Palembang, (3) hasil uji f menunjukan bahwa nilai fhitung sebesar 44,302 > dari nilai ftabel sebesar 2,33 dan ini mengindikasikan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan (responsiveness, reliability, assurance,emphaty dantangible) mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah pada PT.Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa diantara persepsi nasabah dangan ekspektasi nasabah memiliki kesesuaian, dan hal ini dapat dikategorikan bahwa PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Palembang memiliki kualitas layanan yang baik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of the Trade Sector and the Agriculture Sector on the Economic Growth. This study is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis method, the trade sector (X1) with a t-value of -3.264 is greater than the t-table value of -1.812, indicating that (-3.264 > -1.812) (the t-table value is changed to negative because the t-value is negative), and the significance value is 0.009. It is therefore stated that the trade sector (X1) has a negative influence on the economic growth of Prabumulih City (Y) on a partial basis. The agriculture sector (X2) with a t-value of 18.268 is greater than the t-table value of 1.812 (18.268 > 1.812), and the significance value is 0.000. It is thus stated that the agriculture sector (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the economic growth of Prabumulih City (Y) on a partial basis.Based on the results of the simultaneous or F-test, it shows that the trade sector and the agriculture sector with an F-value of 385.364 is greater than the F-table value of 4.103 (385.364 > 4.103), and the significance value is 0.000. It is therefore declared that collectively, the Trade Sector (X1) and the Agriculture Sector (X2) have a positive and significant influence on the economic growth of Prabumulih City (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of rubber farmers' income on family welfare in the Tanjung Rambang sub-district, Rambang Kapak Tengah sub-district, Prabumulih City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using a sample of 76 respondents. Sampling used the Quota Sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression to see how much influence rubber farmers' income has on family welfare in the Tanjung Rambang sub-district, Rambang Kapak Tengah District, Prabumulih City. Based on the results of the simple linear regression analysis that was carried out in this research. Judging from the results of the t test that has been carried out, tcount 20.155 > ttable 1.665, so H0 can be rejected and Ha accepted, it can be concluded that the income of rubber farmers has a positive effect on family welfare in the Tanjung Rambang sub-district, Rambang Kapak Tengah District, Prabumulih City.
