Abstract

Introduction: Mental disorders are an important health problem because the number of cases continues to increase, including chronic diseases such as schizophrenia that affect the way sufferers think. Hallucinations are the most common schizophrenia experienced with the main symptoms often found in mental disorders, where a person experiences significant changes in sensory perception, often without any real external stimuli. This makes it difficult for schizophrenia sufferers to think clearly, manage emotions, and socialize with others. For this reason, action is needed to reduce the signs and symptoms experienced by hallucination patients. Objective: to determine the effect of music therapy on schizophrenia patients who experience auditory hallucinations . Method: The research design used is a descriptive method with a case study approach. A case study is a research design that includes two individuals. The study was conducted in the Kopeta Health Center work area, the research time was January 8-11, 2025. The population was all People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ), with a sample size of 2 people. The sampling technique used a purposive sample that met the inclusion criteria. The study used a literature review method that began with the identification of nursing care first. The data collection instrument used a mental health nursing care assessment format and Music Therapy SOP. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and the data was presented in narrative form. Results:. The results of the study showed that SST was effective in reducing the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. Conclusions: Music therapy can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations in patients Keyword: Case study, auditory hallucinations, music therapy Pendahuluan: Gangguan jiwa adalah masalah kesehatan yang penting karena jumlah kasusnya yang terus meningkat, termasuk penyakit kronis seperti skizofrenia yang mempengaruhi cara berpikir penderitanya. Halusinasi merupakan skizofrenia yang paling banyak dialami dengan gejala utama yang sering ditemukan dalam gangguan jiwa, di mana seseorang mengalami perubahan persepsi sensorik yang signifikan, seringkali tanpa adanya rangsangan eksternal yang nyata. Hal ini membuat penderita skizofrenia kesulitan dalam berpikir secara jelas, mengelola emosi, dan bersosialisasi dengan orang lain. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan suatu tindakan untuk mengurangi tanda dan gejala yang dialami oleh pasien halusinasi. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik pada pasien skizofrenia yang mengalami halusinasi pendengaran. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Studi kasus merupakan rancangan penelitian yang meliputi dua individu. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kopeta, waktu penelitian 8-11 Januari 2025. Populasi semua Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ), dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 2 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sample yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Penelitian menggunakan metode literature review yang diawali dengan identifikasi asuhan keperawatan terlebih dahulu. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan format pengkajian asuhan keperawatan jiwa dan SOP Terapi Musik. Analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan data disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SST efektif menurunkan tanda dan gejala halusinasi pendengaran. Kesimpulan: Terapi musik mampu menurunkan tanda dan gejala pasien halusinasi pendengaran. Abstract

Aim: This study aimed analyzing the differences in self-control levels before and after providing emotional regulation psychoeducation to vocational education high schools. Method: The study used a quasi-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design. The sample consisted of 32 students selected using purposive sampling. The instruments used were the self-control questionnaire from Arfian (2021) and the Work Unit for emotional regulation psychoeducation. Data analysis used the McNemar test to analyze the influence of both variables. Result: The results showed that before receiving emotional regulation psychoeducation, 23 (71.9%) adolescents had poor self-control and 9 (28.1%) had good self-control. After receiving emotional regulation psychoeducation, 30 (93.8%) adolescents had good self-control and 2 (6.3%) had poor self-control. The results of the bivariate analysis using the McNemar test showed a p-value (0.000) <α (0.05). Thus, there is a significant effect of emotional regulation psychoeducation on self-control in vocational high schools. Conclusion: There was a significant effect of emotional regulation psychoeducation on adolescents’ self-kontrol in vocational high schools. Students were expected to recognize their emotions and exercise self-kontrol over emerging negative emotions using the self-kontrol techniques that had been taught, including deep breathing relaxation and positive affirmations.
