Abstract

Serbat merupakan minuman tradisional menyerupai jamu dengan rasa yang manis dan agak pedas yang khas dari Suku Melayu di Kalimantan Barat. Dikalangan anak - anak air serbat kurang diminati, maka dari itu dibuat inovasi serbat menjadi permen jelly. Permen jelly adalah kembang gula bertekstur lunak, yang diproses dengan penambahan komponen hidrokoloid seperti agar, gum, pektin, pati, karagenan, gelatin dan lain-lain yang digunakan untuk modifikasi tekstur sehingga menghasilkan produk yang kenyal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan formulasi jenis pemanis  terhadap karakteristik fisikokimia dan sensori. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan satu faktor, yaitu formulasi jenis pemanis  sukrosa, madu kelulut, dan stevia. Formulasi terdiri dari 6 formulasi dengan 4 kali ulangan sehingga terdapat 24 unit percobaan. Adapun formulasi tersebut terdiri dari, f1 (100%:0%:0%) f2 (50%:37,5%:12,5%), f3 (50%:25%:25%), f4 (50%:12,5%:37,5%), f5 (50%:0%:50%), f6 (50:50:0). Perlakuan terbaik pada penelitian terdapat pada formulasi pemanis f2 yaitu 50%:37,5%:12,5% (Sukrosa : Madu : Stevia). Karakteristik fisikokimia permen jelly serbat dengan perlakuan terbaik memiliki kadar air sebesar 8,35%, gula reduksi 21,51%, flavonoid 1,81%, warna *L sebesar 19,80, warna *a sebesar 3,95, warna *b sebesar 4,78. Karakteristik sensori secara deskritif menunjukkan penampakan sangat mengkilap, warna sangat orange, ada aroma khas serbat, rasa manis, tekstur sangat kenyal, dan kesukaan secara keseluruhan adalah suka.

Abstract

Smartband tracker is designed to monitor the child's location directly through the blynk application on the smartphone. To make this smartband requires several components, namely the Wemos D1 Mini as the brain center of the smartband control device, GPS is used to determine the position point of the child's whereabouts, the battery functions as a power supply so that the smartband can operate independently, the Battery Mangament System functions as a backup battery life and the Switch is used as an On / Off button. This tool works in a way, if the red LED flashes it means the GPS has obtained a coordinate point where the results can be seen in the blynk application which can display the location point of the child's whereabouts, displaying coordinate points such as latitude, longitude, and speed. In this study, testing was carried out at 5 location points. The results of the study showed that speed variations were greatly influenced by the duration and intensity of movement, not only by the distance traveled. High speed is recorded at short distances when fast movement occurs, namely point 1 to point 6, while low speed occurs even though the distance is long, when the movement is slow, namely at point 1 to point 5. After testing the tool, the results show that the smartband can work well and can determine the location point in real-time and the advantage of this tool is that it has a buzzer feature that can be turned on via the blynk application on the smartphone where this buzzer will make a sound when activated. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the construction of the meaning of humanitarian messages and psychosocial recovery as well as the representation of the role of actors, empathy, and social solidarity in Instagram content @aniesbaswedan in the post-disaster situation in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra. The study used a qualitative method with a content analysis design, referring to the Krippendorff approach, on 22 Instagram posts for the period of November 27–December 23, 2025 which were analyzed interpretively through thematic categorization and interpretation of latent meaning. The results showed that humanitarian messages were constructed through empathic narratives, the use of inclusive diction, visual direct engagement with survivors, as well as an emphasis on collective solidarity and the sustainability of recovery, while psychosocial recovery was represented as a long-term social process involving non-survivor actors, community social capital, dignity values, and recognition of the emotional and cultural experiences of affected communities. These findings confirm that content @aniesbaswedan serves as an alternative digital public space that complements the state's formal narrative in responding to disasters. This study recommends strengthening empathic, participatory, and community-based post-disaster communication strategies for governments, humanitarian organizations, and public figures, as well as encouraging cross-platform follow-up research and audience approaches to deepen the study of humanitarian communication and psychosocial recovery.
