Abstract

Abstrak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan Kelompok KKN 99 UIN Sunan Ampel di Desa Kalen Kabupaten Lamongan memiliki tujuan memperkuat kapasitas digital UMKM melalui pemanfaatan marketplace, media sosial, dan sistem pembayaran QRIS. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya literasi digital pelaku UMKM di pedesaan yang membatasi jangkauan pemasaran dan daya saing usaha. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, diawali dengan survei kebutuhan UMKM untuk mengidentifikasi kendala utama, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan teknis, pelatihan desain promosi menggunakan Canva dan CapCut, serta seminar digital dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan Shopee sebagai marketplace. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan pelaku UMKM, dalam pengelolaan sosial media, penerapan QRIS untuk pembayaran nontunai, keterampilan desain promosi digital, serta meningkatnya para pelaku UMKM untuk memasarkan produk secara online memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memperkuat branding digital. Program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan daya saing dan keberlanjutan ekonomi lokal melalui transformasi digital UMKM. Kata kunci: UMKM; digitalisasi; QRIS; marketplace; media sosial; promosi digital. Abstract Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the national economy. However, they still face challenges in utilizing digital technology to enhance competitiveness. The community service program implemented by the 99th KKN Group of UIN Sunan Ampel in Kalen Village, Lamongan Regency, aimed to strengthen the digital capacity of MSMEs through the use of marketplaces, social media, and the QRIS payment system. The background of this activity is the low level of digital literacy MSMEs in rural areas, which limits their marketing reach and business competitiveness. The implementation method used a qualitative descriptive approach, beginning with a needs assessment survey to identify the main obstacles, followed by technical assistance, training in promotional design using Canva and CapCut, and a digital seminar focusing on the use of Shopee as a marketplace platform. The results of the program indicated significant improvements in the abilities of MSME actors, particularly in media social management, the adoption of QRIS for cashless payments, digital promotional design skill, as well as an increased capacity to market products online, expand market reach, and strengthen digital branding. This program contributes to enhancing competitiveness and ensuring the sustainability of the local economy through the digital transformation of MSMEs. Keywords: MSMEs; digitalization; QRIS; marketplace; social media; digital promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perspectives of eleventh-grade students at SMAN 10 Surabaya on the use of digital media in English language learning. The study focuses on their classroom experiences during a teaching practice where various digital tools were integrated into lessons. Using a descriptive quantitative design with qualitative interpretation, data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis, involving percentage summaries and qualitative interpretation to describe students’ overall perceptions. The study evaluated students’ satisfaction, perceived benefits, motivation, and their understanding of grammar through digital media. The results revealed that students generally had positive perceptions of digital media, reporting increased motivation, engagement, and improved comprehension. However, a few students encountered difficulties related to digital literacy and performance pressure during gamified learning. These findings imply that teachers should integrate digital media tools strategically to create engaging, student-centered learning environments. Teachers are encouraged to balance interactive and competitive elements with supportive feedback to ensure that all students feel comfortable and confident during digital activities. Future research could combine quantitative data with in-depth interviews to gain a more comprehensive understanding of students’ experiences and challenges in using digital media.
