Abstract

Ada 5 (lima) indikator untuk menentukan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga di suatu wilayah, yaitu: kecukupan pangan, keterjangkauan pangan, keamanan pangan, stabilitas pangan, dan kualitas pangan. Semua indikator kualitatif tersebut terlebih dahulu dirubah menjadi kuantitatif guna menghitung Indeks Ketahanan Pangan. Dengan metode ”Scoring and Weighting” dalam Spatial Analysis, ketahanan pangan disajikan dalam bentuk peta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepulauan Karimunjwa yang tersdiri dari 5 pulau berpenghuni memiliki tingkat ketahahan pangan sebagai berikut: Tahan Pangan (P. Karimunjawa), Cukup Tahan Pangan (P. Kemujan), dan Agak Tahan Pangan (P. Genting, P. Parang, dan P. Nyamuk). Kondisi ketahanan pangan di Kepulauan Karimunjawa dipengaruhi oleh terbatasnya lahan pertanian, aksesibilitas, dan daya beli masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Spasial, Model, Disain, Ketahanan Pangan, Pulau TerpencilABSTRACTThere are 5 (five) indicators that determine household food resilience, namely: foodsufficiency, food affordability, food security, food stability and food quality. These are qualitative parameters and should be converted into quantitative parameter. The method "Scoring and weighting" is used for Food Resilience Index that will be presented in the map. The research results show that the Karimunjawa Islands consisting of 3 villages and 5 inhabited islands have food resilience levels as follows: Endurance Food (Karimunjawa Island), Endurance Enough Food (Kemujan Island), and Near Endurance Food (Genting Island, Parang Island, and Nyamuk Island). The main factor that caused the food resilience in Karimunjawa Islands because of the limited agricultural land, limited accessibility, and the public purchasing power.Keywords: Spatial, Model, Design, Food Resilience, Isolated Island
