Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kelelahan emosional karyawan CV Barokah Grup Abadi. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari fenomena kelelahan emosional yang dapat dipicu oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal dalam lingkungan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan instrumen kuesioner, diolah menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 23. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kelelahan emosional (t hitung 4,056 > 2,011; sig 0,00 < 0,05). Sementara itu, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kelelahan emosional (t hitung -1,477 < 2,011; sig 1,46 > 0,05). Secara simultan, konflik kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelelahan emosional (f hitung 8,544 > 3,195; sig 0,01 < 0,05). Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa konflik kerja menjadi faktor utama yang memicu kelelahan emosional, sedangkan pengaruh lingkungan kerja relatif kecil. Temuan penelitian ini penting sebagai masukan bagi manajemen untuk mengelola konflik kerja secara efektif guna meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap karyawan.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between effective Delegation of authority and employee performance, highlighting the importance of clear communication, trust-building, and well-defined responsibilities in managerial decision-making. It examines the role of Delegation as a strategic tool for managers to empower employees and the impact of employee performance on management decision-making. High-performing employees can contribute valuable insights, innovative ideas, and data-based recommendations, while poor performance can lead to errors, misjudgments, and suboptimal choices. The interaction between Delegation and employee performance is analyzed, revealing a symbiotic relationship. Effective Delegation can stimulate employee engagement and motivation, leading to improved performance, while outstanding performance can strengthen managers' confidence in delegations, allowing them to entrust more responsibility to employees. On a scale of 1 to 5, the statements in the questionnaire are rated. SEM (Structural Equal Model) analysis on SmartPLS 4.0 in use the research findings indicate that (1) employee performance positively influences managerial decision-making, and (2) delegation positively influences managerial decision-making.

Abstract

Leadership is someone who has the ability to lead such as qualified intelligence, creative in giving directions to his subordinates, honest in all matters of work. Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in a company in accordance with the authority and responsibility of each in an effort to achieve goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the variable Compensation on Employee Performance at CV. ER Frozen Mart in Depok. The sampling technique used in this study the authors used the Total Sampling Technique or as a whole. Where each population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample, a total of 30 employees. Based on the results of the regression analysis that it turns out that the leadership variable can improve employee performance, the equation value Y = 9.833 + 0.803 X, there is a positive effect on employee performance, it is necessary to prove it by testing the hypothesis that the tcount value is = 9.272 the ttable value at (28) is = 1.701, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted means having evidence, that leadership has a very significant influence on employee performance. So the results of the analysis show that there is a positive influence of leadership on employee performance, a value of 0.842 is obtained so that it can be concluded that the influence is very strong or the coefficient of determination (KD) is 71.0%. So the level of influence is 71.0% and the remaining 29.0% is influenced by other factors which are not fully observed by the author.
