Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pencatatan perkawinan menurut peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku Tipe penelitian ini normatif dan jika berdasarkan fokus kajiannya tergolong sebagai penelitian normatif-empiris, diterjemahkan dengan penelitian hukum yang dilengkapi dengan data empirik. Kumpulan data primer dan data sekunder dimaksud lalu di analisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan landasan perundang-undangan, landasan konseptual dan landasan teori yang tersaji secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dispensasi pernikahan terhadap pencatatan perkawinan yang kurang dari sepuluh hari kerja ditempuh dengan melampirkan persyaratan pendaftaran kehendak nikah secara tertulis dengan mengisi formulir permohonan dan melampirkan: surat pengantar nikah dari desa/kelurahan tempat tinggal calon pengantin; foto copi akta kelahiran atau surat keterangan kelahiran; foto copi kartu tanda penduduk/resi surat keterangan melakukan perekaman kartu tanda penduduk elektronik bagi yang sudah berusia 17 (tujuh belas) tahun atau sudah pernah melangsungkan nikah; foto copi kartu keluarga; surat rekomendasi nikah dari KUA Kecamatan setempat bagi calon pengantin yang melangsungkan nikah di luar wilayah kecamatan tempat tinggalnya; persetujuan kedua calon pengantin: izin tertulis orang tua atau wali bagi calon pengantin yang belum mencapai usia 21 (dua puluh satu) tahun; izin dari wali yang memelihara atau mengasuh.

Abstract

Business competition is now entering the era of high competition. The company has always tried to maintain maximum customer who has achieved. Various methods through excellent service, competitive prices, indirect aspects such as brand image with the purpose of providing satisfaction to customers through the services or products offered. This research is explanatory or confirmatory or testing the hypothesis that explains the influence or causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. This study describes the relationship between the exogenous variables (quality of service), endogenous intervening (satisfaction), and the endogenous variables bound (loyalty). The relationship between these variables is described in the structural relationships directly or indirectly, partially or simultaneously. The study population includes outpatient clinics oral surgery, dental conservation, prosthodontics, perio and oral medicine at the Hospital University of Jember. The sample size of 120 people were taken to the cluster and purposive technique. This study using path analysis or flow charts. Then make equation modeling and analysis include: 1) designing a model based on the theory; 2) prepare the path diagram; 3) change the path diagram into a structural equation; 4) selecting an input matrix for data analysis; 5) assess the model identification; 6) evaluating the model estimation; 7) the interpretation of the model. There is a direct effect of service quality on satisfaction (0.215). The direct effect of service quality on loyalty (0.290). The direct effect of satisfaction on loyalty (0.636). There is no direct influenceon the quality of service loyalty (0,447). There are a total effect of service quality on satisfaction (0.703). Effect of total quality of service loyalty (0.736). Effect of total satisfaction on loyalty (0.636). Direct effect on the quality of service satisfaction, andsatisfaction effect on patient loyalty Dental Hospital of the University of Jember. Quality of service is not direct effect on patient loyalty Dental Hospital of the University of Jember. Quality of service is the total effect on patient satisfaction Dental Hospital ofthe University of Jember.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of village head leadership on community participation in the development of Pelanduk Village, Mandah District. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The population of this study includes the entire community of Pelanduk Village, totaling 2,888 people, with a sample of 44 respondents determined using the Slovin formula with a 15% margin of error. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative analysis by interpreting questionnaire results based on the Likert scale. The results indicate that the leadership of the village head in Pelanduk Village is categorized as good, as reflected in responsibility, communication, motivation, exemplary behavior, and community involvement in decision-making. Furthermore, community participation in village development is also categorized as good, particularly in terms of mutual cooperation and direct involvement in development activities. However, participation in financial contributions remains relatively low. This study concludes that village head leadership has a significant influence on community participation in village development. Effective, communicative, and participatory leadership enhances community involvement in village development programs.
