<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pelaksanan Perpres Nomor 125 tentang Penanganan Pengungsi dari Luar Negeri di Kota Makassar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan Perundang-Undangan (Statute Approach) dan pendekatan kasus (case approach). Hasil penelitian bahwa Pelaksanaan Perpres Nomor 125 Tahun 2016 tentang Penanganan Pengungsi dari Luar Negeri di Kota Makassar secara umum pada aspek penemuan dan penampungan telah terlaksana dengan cukup baik. Namun, pada aspek pengamanan dan pengawasan keimigrasian masih kurang terlaksana dengan baik. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya Pelaksanaan Perpres Nomor 125 Tahun 2016 tentang Penanganan Pengungsi dari Luar Negeri di Kota Makassar adalah faktor hukum, penegak hukum, fasilitas, masyarakat dan budaya.The research objective is to analyze the implementation of Presidential Decree Number 125 concerning the Handling of Refugees from Abroad in Makassar City and the factors that influence it. This research is descriptive qualitative research, with a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of the research show that the implementation of Presidential Decree Number 125 of 2016 concerning Handling of Refugees from Abroad in Makassar City has generally been carried out quite well in the aspects of discovery and shelter. However, the aspect of immigration security and supervision is still not implemented well.
