<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas restorative jusctice serta faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana ringan melalui penerapan Restorative Justice di kepolisian resort kota makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Hasil penelitian bahwa Sifat tindak pidana bermotif ringan adalah tindak pidana biasa yang sifatnya sederhana, tidak berbahaya dan kerugian yang dialami korban relatif lebih kecil. Oleh karena itu penaganan tindak pidana biasa bermotif ringan perlu dilakukan dengan pendekatan restorative justice, yaitu pendekatan yang lebih menitik beratkan kepada prinsip keadilan dan keseimbangan (pemulihan) antara pelaku dan korban Adapun faktor yang memengaruhi terjadinya penerapan Restorative Justice di kepolisian resort Kota Makassar, terdapat beberapa faktor budaya hukum masyarakat yang sangat menjungjung budaya kebersamaan serta kepedulian satu sama lain, selanjutnya faktor sturktur hukum dengan nilai budaya hukum masyarakat yang erat dengan kebersamaan serta kepedulian yang tinggi wajib untuk menggali nilai-nilai budaya tersebut dengan menggunakan Restorative Justice sebagai konsep penyelesaian perkara. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of restorative justice and what factors influence the resolution of minor criminal cases through the implementation of Restorative Justice in the Makassar City Resort Police. The type of research used is empirical normative legal research. The results of the research show that the nature of criminal acts with light motives is ordinary criminal acts that are simple, not dangerous and the losses experienced by the victim are relatively small. Therefore, handling ordinary crimes with minor motives needs to be carried out with a restorative justice approach, namely an approach that focuses more on the principles of justice and balance (restoration) between the perpetrator and the victim. As for the factors that influence the implementation of Restorative Justice in the Makassar City resort police, there are several legal cultural factors of the community which highly values the culture of togetherness and caring for each other, then the legal structure factor with the legal cultural values of the community which is close to togetherness and high concern, it is mandatory to explore these cultural values by using Restorative Justice as a case resolution concept.]]>
