<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektifitas fungsi legislasi DPRD Kabupaten Sinjai Periode 2019-2023 dan (b) mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi efektifitas fungsi legislasi DPRD Kabupaten Sinjai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian fungsi legislasi DPRD Kabupaten Sinjai belum efektif disebabkan karena kuantitas kerja yang masih terlihat pasif berdasar pada jumlah Rancangan Peraturan Daerah yang diajukan hingga disahkan menjadi Peraturan Daerah, lalu kualitas kerja pada tahap pengawasan pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah yang tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, dan kurangnya tenaga perancang perundang-undangan yang terdapat di Pemerintahan Daerah. Diperoleh faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektifitas pelaksanaan fungsi legislasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu faktor pendidikan dan pengalaman anggota legislatif yang tergolong kurang memadai serta kemampuan maupun inovasi dalam pengolahan informasi/data yang perlu di era digitalisasi saat ini. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the legislative function of the Sinjai Regency DPRD for the 2019-2023 period and (b) to find out what factors influence the effectiveness of the legislative function of the Sinjai Regency DPRD. The results of the research show that the assessment of the legislative function of the Sinjai Regency DPRD has not been effective because the quantity of work still looks passive based on the number of Draft Regional Regulations that are passed until permits become Regional Regulations, then the quality of work at the monitoring stage of the implementation of Regional Regulations is not running as it should, and Lack of drafting personnel for legislative regulations in Regional Government. It was found that the factors that hamper the effective implementation of legislative functions in this research are the education and experience of legislative members which are classified as inadequate as well as the ability and innovation in processing information/data which is needed in the current era of digitalization.]]>
