<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas jaminan pemenuhan hak-hak anak dan perempuan pasca perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Pare-Pare Kelas IB. 2) Menganalisis dan mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat pemenuhan hak-hak anak dan perempuan pasca perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Pare-Pare Kelas IB. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Efektivitas pemenuhan hak-hak anak dan perempuan pasca perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Pare-Pare Kelas IB kurang efektif, dikarenakan mantan suami yang tidak mempunyai penghasilan/pendapatan yang tetap dan telah memiliki keluarga baru. 2) Faktor-faktor yang menghambat pemenuhan hak-hak anak dan perempuan pasca perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Pare-Pare Kelas IB yakni: faktor ketaatan terhadap hukum, faktor ketaatan hukum putusan pengadilan dan faktor kemampuan finansial. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of guaranteeing the fulfilment of children's and women's rights after divorce at the Pare-Pare Class IB Religious Court. 2) Analyze and evaluate the factors that hinder the fulfilment of children's and women's rights after divorce at the Pare-Pare Class IB Religious Court. This research uses an empirical juridical research type. The results of the research show that: 1) The effectiveness of fulfilling the rights of children and women after divorce at the Pare-Pare Class IB Religious Court is less effective because the ex-husband does not have a fixed income and has a new family. 2) Factors that hinder the fulfilment of children's and women's rights after divorce at the Pare-Pare Class IB Religious Court, namely: compliance with the law, legal compliance with court decisions and financial capability factors.]]>
