Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi dana desa di Kepolisian Resor Tana Toraja, dan 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi dana desa di Kepolisian Resor Tana Toraja. Tipe penelitian ini adalah empiris, data yang diperoleh penulis dari studi dokumen maupun wawancara dengan pihak yang berkepentingan dalam hal ini pihak Kepolisian Resor Tana Toraja, kemudian dilakukan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: 1). Efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi dana desa di Kepolisian Resor Tana Toraja, kurang berjalan secara efektif dikarenakan proses penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi dana desa, terdapat kekurangan sumber daya dan kurangnya harmonisasi antara aparat penegak hukum lainnya. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of investigating criminal acts of corruption in village funds at the Tana Toraja Resort Police, and 2). To find out and analyze the effectiveness of investigations into criminal acts of corruption in village funds at the Tana Toraja Resort Police. This type of research is empirical, with data obtained by the author from document studies and interviews with interested parties, in this case, the Tana Toraja Resort Police then carried out the quantitative analysis. The author's research results found that: 1). The effectiveness of investigations into criminal acts of corruption in village funds at the Tana Toraja Resort Police is not running effectively due to the process of investigating criminal acts of corruption in village funds, there is a lack of resources and a lack of harmonization between other law enforcement officials
