<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis implementasi hak masyarakat di desa leppangeng untuk memperoleh hak penguasaan atau penggarapan atas Tana Bobo’ Sepa’E di Desa Leppangeng, Kecamatan Belawa, Kabupaten Wajo; (2) mengetahui Prosedur pengelolaan hasil pemanfaatan Tana Bobo’ Sepa’E di Desa Leppangeng, Kecamatan Belawa, Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum Empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi hak masyarakat di desa leppangeng untuk memperoleh hak penguasaan atau penggarapan atas Tana Bobo’ Sepa’E sebagai penggarap dengan mekanisme sistem pelelangan sedangkan hasil panen baik berupa palawija atau ikan menjadi hak penuh penggarap. (2) pengelolaan hasil pemanfaatan tana Bobo’ Sepa’E oleh masyarakat lokal di Desa Leppangeng, Kecamatan Belawa, Kabupaten Wajo Diatur dalam Perdes nomor 04 tahun 2017 tentang pengelolaan Bobo’ Sepa’E yang dimana hasil pemamfaatan tana Bobo’ Sepa’E diambil dan dinikmati oleh penggarap sebagai pengelolah selama 2 tahun setelah dinyatakan sebagai pemenang lelang. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of community rights in Leppangeng Village to obtain control or cultivation rights over Tana Bobo' Sepa'E in Leppangeng Village, Belawa District, Wajo Regency; (2) know the procedures for managing the results of the utilization of Tana Bobo' Sepa'E in Leppangeng Village, Belawa District, Wajo Regency. This research uses empirical legal research methods. The results of this research show that: (1) Implementation of the rights of the people in Leppangeng village to obtain control or cultivation rights over Tana Bobo' Sepa'E as cultivators using an auction system mechanism while the harvest, whether in the form of secondary crops or fish, becomes the full rights of the cultivators. (2) management of the results of the use of Bobo' Sepa'E land by local communities in Leppangeng Village, Belawa District, Wajo Regency. Regulated in Village Regulation number 04 of 2017 concerning the management of Bobo' Sepa'E where the results of the use of Bobo' Sepa'E land are taken and enjoyed by the cultivator as manager for 2 years after being declared the winner of the auction.]]>
