Abstract

Introduction: Indonesia is a country with a distinctive variety of cultures and natural beauty and has the uniqueness of each region because that is why Indonesia is famous for its beautiful tourism potential, one of which is in Bandung. Bandung is a city of flowers and is famous for its natural panorama coupled with several tourism potentials in Bandung, especially at Ranca Upas. The purpose of this study is to find out what potential can be developed at Ranca Upas Bandung, what obstacles are faced by managers in developing the potential of Ranca Upas Bandung, and how to increase consumer spending at Ranca Upas Bandung, using the indicators of Feasibility of Ranca Upas Bandung Tourism Objects. Method: This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, and the research sampling technique uses purposive sampling, with the number of informants as many as six people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. Result: Based on the results of identifying the potential of Ranca Upas Bandung, all the informants stated that the availability of public transportation had not been fulfilled, and the ancillary in terms of marketing was still not fulfilled. Then, tourist sources stated that onsen facilities were still not met and natural tourist attractions were not met. Conclusion: Maintain the beauty of nature, maintain cleanliness, and comfort in Ranca Upas Bandung. They are improving inadequate facilities and rethinking to find solutions for onsen so that visitors are interested in buying onsen entrance tickets. More actively promote Ranca Upas on social media, and collaborate with influencers so that more people are curious and visit Ranca Upas.

Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime and archipelagic nation-based country. No wonder Indonesia has many of the best tourist attractions. Indonesian tourism is one of the country's largest sources of foreign exchange, so the presence of Covid 19 has had a huge impact on Indonesia and several tourist areas in Indonesia such as Bali. However, the Indonesian government prepared a new strategy with a focus on developing tourist villages with the aim of popularizing ecotourism and improving the economy of the residents and succeeded in getting people in tourist villages to open micro businesses to simply prepare souvenirs for tourists. In the title above, we will find out some data on micro-enterprises in the village of Lembur Sawah and the impact of the tourism village on the village. This reaserch use qualitative, descriptive-analytical research; the data obtained is in the form of observation results, interview results, and field notes that have been collected. Lembur Sawah has formed a Tourism Mobilization Community that gathers people with the awareness and willingness to process and develop Mulyaharja into a tourist village; the tourism driving group is called "KOMPEPAR MULYAHARJA" and use a promotion mix, promotional objectives, promotional budgets, target visitors, promotional media used, sources of messages and feedback. Lembur Sawah is still very developed to increase visits so that increased visits will help community-owned micro-enterprises, even though they are still trying to organize training, attend exhibitions, and organize events to attract visitors to visit to Lembur Sawah.

Abstract

Industrial and household operations mostly produce liquid waste that can harm the environment without further processing or processing. "Bella" Apartment is an apartment building located in one of the big cities in Indonesia, called Surabaya. The waste generated from this building comes from household activities such as toilet waste, laundry waste and kitchen waste. The purpose of this study is to minimize costs and increase the income of business owner.  This study used a qualitative descriptive method with 3 informants.  Based on financial analysis over the past 12 months, the management often complains about the high consumption of water so that the total cost of water paid to the water provider becomes higher and the owner's concern for the environment. water used in public facilities is taken from water sources for washing vehicles, washing clothes and other activities. In this study, the design of the Sewage Treatment Plant will be carried out, calculating the installation costs, the savings that can be obtained so that it can increase revenue, how to process secondary waste and maintenance from the sewage treatment plant, and the implementation of the Reverse Logistics concept in handling waste.  Reduce the amount of operating costs from electricity and Water costs to increase revenue.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the tourism industry worldwide. Many countries are experiencing significant declines in tourist numbers and tourism revenues. The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in the potential of tourism destinations through the combination of sustainable principles and innovation. This research is qualitative research carried out using the literature review method by searching for secondary information from various websites that are searched via the internet. In order to increase the potential of tourism destinations through combining the principles of sustainability and innovation, it is important to consider and promote environmental and social sustainability, as well as preserving local cultural heritage. This can help create tourism that is sustainable and profitable for all parties involved, including local communities, tourists, and the environment. Combining the principles of sustainability and innovation can increase the potential of tourism destinations. This research has the implication that by considering sustainable and innovative aspects in the development of tourist destinations, this research provides insight into how the application of sustainable principles and innovation can increase the attractiveness, sustainability, and success of tourist destinations.

Abstract

Culinary tourism is a strong attraction and can improve the standard of living of local residents. The strong growth of the Korean food industry proves that Korean food is well received by various circles, one of which is Generation Z. The trend of Korean culture in this era of globalization is very strong so that it easily penetrates into Indonesia, especially South Jakarta. The variety of Korean food choices offered has increased consumers perception of choosing location, atmosphere, and food as an attraction. The restaurant business is now not only delicious food, restaurant business people are now also required to present a memorable dining experience. This study aims to understand the perception of Generation Z on the dining experience at a South Jakarta Korean restaurant. The sampling technique in this study was Generation Z, with 100 respondents. This research is described in 4 perceptual factors, namely motivation, interest, experience, and expectations. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity test, and reliability test. Based on the results of the questionnaire distributed, generation Z chose Moon Chicken as their favorite Korean restaurant because it has memorable service. Korean restaurants have a min taste that is not to strong and there is curiosity about the interior design of Korean restaurants, which is different from other restaurant.
