Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find factors that indicate the cause of betawi cultural degradation in ondel-ondel street attractions in the cities of Jakarta and South Tangerang. Qualitative and interpretive descriptive research methods with three key informants, namely Betawi community leaders, communities who are members of local cultural observers and Ondel-ondel parade/buskers. The result of this study is the shift of belief in ondel-ondel which raises pros and cons in the betawi ethnic community. This condition is believed to be a consequence of the social, economic and cultural changes of the Betawi ethnic community itself. Identification of factors that support this shift includes: (1) The struggle for the meaning of tradition and religion; (2) The struggle for economic significance; and (3) The struggle for the meaning of globalization.  Of these three factors, economic factors are the main ones due to the demands for a better economic life. The tendencies mentioned are empirical facts that cannot be ignored for the phenomenon of betawi cultural degradation, especially in the ondel-ondel attractions of the streets.

Abstract

Berdasarkan kebutuhan industri yang semakin tinggi dan persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan tinggi pariwisata yang semakin kompetitif. Sedangkan fakta dan data yang ada selama sepuluh tahun terakhir menunjukan jumlah mahasiswa baru STP Sahid yang fluktuatif meskipun sudah menjalankan strategi pemasarannya dengan semaksimal mungkin, seperti promosi dan kerjasama dengan pihak terkait. Oleh karena itu STP Sahid perlu mengadakan langkah antisipasi melalui berbagai strategi yang tepat untuk dapat mendongkrak perolehan jumlah mahasiswa barunya disamping untuk memenangkan persaingan diantara para kompetitor, salah satunya dengan analisa menggunakan matriks SWOT.Dengan analisis matriks SWOT dan dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) untuk penentuan skala prioritas pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran yang didukung kuesioner dalam penentuan faktor kunci analisis SWOT terhadap 166 responden dari unsur mahasiswa, orang tua mahasiswa, alumni, karyawan, dan pihak industri. sedangkan penentuan alternatif strategi terpilih dan prioritas pelaksanaannya melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) terhadap 5 (Lima) orang unsur pimpinan dan direktur marketing di lingkungan STP Sahid Jakarta. Hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner dan FGD tersebut didapatkan 25 (Dua Puluh Lima) elemen faktor kunci, 12 elemen alternatif strategi, dan 5 (lima) elemen alternatif strategi terpilih dengan urutan priotas utama setelah dihitung melalui QSPM adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Menjalin kerjasama dengan stakeholder dalam bentuk berupa hibah atau beasiswa sebesar 7,28, (2) Pengembangan produk sesuai minat pasar sebesar 7,24, (3) Memperbaiki dan menambahkan fasilitas serta memaksimalkan pemeliharaan untuk menciptakan harga yang kompetitif sebesar 6,92, (4) Pengembangan kurikulum berbasis KKNI dalam menghadapi MEA sebesar 6,24, (5) Memanfaatkan mahasiswa reguler untuk kembali ke SMK/SMA tempat asalnya untuk dapat mensosialisasikan tentang STP Sahid sebesar skor 6,08. Dari hasil tersebut diharapkan dapat benar – benar dipertimbangkan untuk dilaksanakan pada strategi pemasaran kedepannya sehingga diharapkan pula akan terjadi perubahan yang signifikan dalam perolehan jumlah mahasiswa barunya.

Abstract

Jamu is a traditional alternative medicine. In Indonesia, the herbal medicine industry has received government attention by issuing regulations on standardization in the processing of herbal medicine. Ibu Hadi's traditional herbal medicine business industry is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) units that focus on selling traditional herbal medicine. There needs to be special attention to the development system of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). After conducting a research survey, several alternative strategies are needed to find out which alternative strategy is appropriate to use as an effort to develop the herbal medicine industry in Ibu Hadi's Traditional Herbal Medicine business, study internal (IFE) and external (EFE) environmental analysis, external internal matrix (IE), Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) matrices has been done. The Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), from the analysis results obtained 12 internal factors and 10 external factors. Meanwhile, for alternative strategies, there are 6 alternatives obtained from the SWOT matrix and IE matrix. In the QSPM matrix, strategic priorities are obtained, namely maintaining prices and improving the quality of herbal medicine and maintaining the purity of herbs without medicinal chemicals to increase customer satisfaction, using the latest tools or technology to improve quality and speed up the herbal medicine production process, working with several online transportations applications to facilitate customers. In buying herbal medicine, holding promotions on social media to increase sales and marketing reach, adding or innovating for durable products to be marketed in the market, as well as making product packaging innovations such as the appearance of ready-to-drink herbal bottle, and become more practical.

Abstract

Menerapkan inventory management yang baik dan benar ke depannya. Inventory merupakan salah satu asset penting dalam perusahaan yang menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung dalam menjalankan operasional suatu restoran. Jenis – jenis persediaan, yaitu persediaan bahan mentah (raw material inventory), persediaan barang setengah jadi (work in process), persediaan pasokan pemeliharaan/perbaikan/operasi (maintenance, repair, operating), persediaan barang jadi (finished good inventory). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persediaan bahan baku, yaitu perkiraan bahan baku, harga bahan baku, biaya – biaya persediaan, kebijakan pembelajaan, pemakaian bahan baku, waktu tunggu, model pembelian bahan baku, persediaan pengaman dan pembelian kembali. Profitabilitas merupakan laba yang di dapat oleh suatu perusahaan dengan menggunakan aset yang dimilikinya dalam mencari keuntungan. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan observasi dan wawancara sebagai metode untuk mengumpulkan data. Informan kunci adalah Karyawan Campus Bistro. Hasil data yang telah dikumpulkan akan dijelaskan secara deskriptif.

Abstract

Taman Wisata Lebah Madu Pramuka merupakan salah satu wisata edukasi di kota Jakarta yang merupakan pelopor pendidikan perlebahan lebah di kota Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan dan pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Taman Wisata Lebah Madu Pramuka untuk meningkatkan kunjungan ke Taman Wisata Lebah Madu Pramuka. Metodologi penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Implikasi Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor pendukung dan juga faktor penghambat dalam pengembangan Taman Wisata Lebah Madu Pramuka dan strategi pemasaran yang harus dilakukan oleh Taman Wisata Lebah Madu Pramuka

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Instagram social media promotion and the attractiveness of the Pantjoran PIK North Jakarta tourist destination on the decision to visit. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach using SPSS Version 24. The population of the study consisted of students from the Trisakti School of Tourism who had previously visited Pantjoran PIK, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The research questions formulated in this study are: How does Instagram social media promotion and the attractiveness of the tourist destination influence the decision to visit Pantjoran PIK? The research findings indicate that: 1) Social Media Promotion (X1) on Instagram for Pantjoran PIK has an influence on the Decision to Visit (Y). 2) Tourist Attraction (X2) has an influence on the Decision to Visit (Y). 3) Social Media Promotion (X1) and Tourist Attraction (X2) have an influence on the Decision to Visit (Y).

Abstract

Sukamahi Village is located in Megamendung District, Bogor Regency, West Java, one of the pilot villages for the One Billion One Village (SaMiSaDe) program in 2021. Sukamahi Village has agricultural and plantation potential. Most of the village residents have professions as farmers and own businesses such as food businesses and grocery stores in Sukamahi Village. Most of the women in Sukamahi Village are involved in PKK activities, farming and are housewives. Currently, there are no profitable business activities among the group of women residents of Sukamahi village. There are problems in various regions where local food businesses are generally less attractive, innovative, creative, and the majority are only wrapped in transparent plastic without any labels or information. The aim of organizing this community service is to provide knowledge about packaging processed food products that comply with good food packaging rules and can attract consumers' attention. The implementation method consists of initial observations and training activities. Initial observations include licensing, mapping communities that need training, and formulating appropriate training. The training activity provided material and direct practice in making appropriate products and packaging, ended with a question and answer session regarding what had been provided. Overall, the training on packaging processed food products went well and was beneficial for improving the skills and business marketing of the Sukamahi Village community. With more attractive and quality packaging, processed food business products from Sukamahi Village have a better opportunity to penetrate a wider market to help improve the economic level of business actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of food review content on YouTube on purchasing decisions for local culinary delights, specifically the Jakarta Nasi Goreng Kambing Kebon Sirih. It is the one of the favorite culinary place in Jakarta which sells lamb fried rice, it is located at Kebon Sirih Street. This research employed a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques such as descriptive statistics, linear regression test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The participants in this study are tourists on culinary trips in Jakarta. The samples were 100 tourists who went on a culinary trip and purchased fried rice for the Jakarta Kebon Sirih utilising non-probability sampling or purposive sampling techniques. The correlation coefficient test findings reveal that food reviews on YouTube have a remarkably strong relationship with Nasi Goreng Kambing Kebon Sirih purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the t test results indicate that food reviews on YouTube have a partially positive influence on the decision to purchase culinary products at the restaurant. The theoretical implication of this research is to provide an understanding that food reviews on YouTube have a significant contribution in the context of culinary products or culinary tourism. In the meantime, the findings of this study can be utilized as a reference for restaurant management in particular, and for local street food in general. Some of the limitations of this research that can be addressed in future research include the sample size and research scope.

Abstract

Kota Jakarta sebagai salah satu kota terbesar di Indonesia dan merupakan ibu kota negara merupakan kota yang menjadi sasaran kedatangan para pelaku perjalanan, baik itu para pelaku perjalanan wisata maupun pelaku industri. Jakarta memiliki potensi keindahan alam serta keunikan budaya yang diminati oleh wisatawan baik mancanegara maupun wisatawan nusantara. Sektor pariwisata telah berhasil menjadi sumber utama pendapatan pariwisata di Jakarta. Masalah transportasi mulai menjadiperhatian dan telah diprediksikan jika tidak ada terobosan transportasi utama, kemacetan akan membanjiri kota dan akan menjadi lalu lintas yang sangat parah sehingga dapat menyebabkan kendaraan tidak dapat bergerak. Perbaikan dan penambahan infrastruktur untuk mencegah masalah tersebut sangat di dukung oleh Pemerintah, salah satunya adalah dengan adanya pembangunan MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada penumpang MRT tujuan Bundaran HI untuk melakukan kegiatan Car Free Day. Pengukuran AbilityTo Pay menggunakan metode household budget dan Willingness To Pay menggunakan metode state preference. Hasil penelitian yaitu estimasi nilai rata – rata ATP sebesar Rp. 5.765,- dan nilai rata – rata WTP sebesar Rp. 1.130,-, dengan 85% responden bersedia membayar lebih untuk peningkatan keamanan.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of tourist facilities, tourist attractions, and visitor satisfaction on interest in revisiting the Ngilngof Tourism Village in Southeast Maluku. A quantitative research design was used to answer these objectives. A total of 78 tourists were actively involved in this research, and they were visitors who made repeat visits, with the characteristic respondents being those who had visited at least two times or were making their 2nd visit to Ngilngof Tourism Village. A purposive sampling technique was used to select research respondents. Multiple regression data analysis with the help of SPSS was used to see the influence of the independent variable on the dependent. The research results show that both partially and simultaneously, the variables of tourist facilities, tourist attractions, and visitor satisfaction have a positive and significant effect (p<.05) on interest in repeat visits. Not only that, the contribution of these three variables reached 79.3%, which shows a huge influence on the dependent variable. The results of this research provide great benefits regarding the factors that must be maintained and improved by the managers of the Ngilngof Tourism Village so that tourist visits to their location will be even better.
