Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the effect of using a situational approach inleadership style. The writing of this article uses the literature study method. Any informationobtained by reviewing national research journals as well as books and other sources relevant toleadership style. The stages that were passed in writing this article: 1) Looking for literaturesources relevant to the topic of the article; 2) Analyze the information obtained; 3) Summarizingand developing the results from each literature. The results of the analysis show that thesituational approach to leadership style can build the readiness of teachers and education staff incarrying out the duties and obligations of the learning process in schools, by empathizing with the existing situational leadership style. The use of the four appropriate situational leadership stylescan make a person with his leadership more effective and directed in accordance with educational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill materi sistem peredaran darah manusia kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri serta meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siwa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan mulai dari Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi (Analyze, Design, and Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) namun dalam penelitian ini, peneliti hanya membatasi sampai pada tahap pengembangan atau development. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara dan lembar angket. Berdasarkan penilaian hasil validasi dengan 6 orang validator yaitu dua ahli materi, dua ahli bahasa dan dua ahli desain memperoleh hasil 94 % dengan kriteria valid. Hasil Presentase secara keseluruhan tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan hasil gabungan dua kali validasi dari masing–masing ahli yaitu ahli materi 91 % dengan kriteria valid, ahli bahasa 98 % dengan kriteria valid, dan ahli desain 95 % dengan kriteria valid.
