Abstract

Abstract: Motor educability is a very important study. The speed at which children learn to move depends on their motor educability. The aim of this study was to describe the motor educability of third grade elementary school students. This research uses a survey method, quantitative descriptive. The research sample was 49 grade 3 elementary school students at SDN Sengawang Tengah, Sambas, West Kalimantan. Measurement of motor educability uses the. IOWA-BRACE TEST motor educability, which consists of 21 test items. The results of the research data were then analyzed using the help of Excel. The data is presented in the form of measures of central tendency. Based on the calculation results obtained status, no student has a very good motor educability status, the overall average ability of motor educability is in the medium category.Key words: Motoric, Motor Educability, Elementary School StudentsAbstrak: motor educability merupakan kajian yang sangat penting. Kecepatan anak untuk belajar gerak tergantung dari kemampuan motor educability. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan motor educability siswa sekolah dasar kelas III. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 49 siswa sekolah dasar kelas 3 SDN Sengawang Tengah, Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. Pengukuran motor educability menggunakan. IOWA-BRACE TEST tes motor educability yang berjumlah 21 item tes. Data hasil penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan exel. Data disajikan dalam bentuk ukuran tendensi sentral. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh status, tidak ada siswa yang memiliki status motor educability yang sangat baik, rerata secara keseluruhan kemampuan motor educability masuk dalam kategori sedang.Kata kunci: Motorik, Motor Educability, Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out how effective men's volleyball playing techniques are at the 2023 National Volleyball Pro League event where the playing techniques studied are Serve, Block and Smash techniques. The method used in this research is qualitative, namely a survey type. The data collection technique in this research uses data collection from the results of the Final Four matches consisting of 4 men's teams which were held in the cities of Kediri, Semarang, Surakarta and Yogyakarta which consisted of 14 matches. Based on the results of the data analysis, the researchers obtained the results of this research after analyzing the data, including the following: The ability to perform a service was 2355 and a fatal service was performed 101 times with an effectiveness value of 4.3%, with the Effectiveness category Very Less, the Block Ability was 1748 carried out and killed blocks 191 times with an effectiveness value of 10.1%, in the Less Effectiveness category. The ability to do Smash was 2816 times and Deadly Smash was done 1339 times with an effectiveness value of 47.5%, in the Fairly Good Effectiveness category. Keywords: Analysis, Effectiveness, Techniques for Playing Volleyball Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektifitas teknik bermain bola voli putra pada ajang Proliga Bola voli Nasional Tahun 2023 dimana Teknik bermain yang diteliti adalah teknik Servis, Blok dan Smash. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yaitu jenis survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data dari hasil pertandingan Final four Terdiri 4 Tim Putra yang dilaksanakan di Kota Kediri, Semarang, Surakarta dan Yogyakarta yang terdiri dari 14 pertandingan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka peneliti mendapatkan Hasil penelitian  ini setelah melakukan analisis data  antara lain sebagai berikut: Kemampuan servis melakukan sebanyak 2355 melakukan dan servis mematikan sebanyak 101 kali melakukan dengan nilai efektifitas 4,3%,dengan kategori Efektifitas Kurang Sekali, Kemampuan Blok sebanyak 1748 melakukan dan blok mematikan sebanyak 191 kali melakukan dengan nilai efektifitas 10,1%, dengan kategori Efektifitas Kurang. Kemampuan Smash sebanyak 2816 melakukan dan Smash mematikan sebanyak 1339 kali melakukan dengan nilai efektifitas 47,5%, dengan kategori  Efektifitas Cukup baik. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Efektifitas, Teknik Bermain Bola voli

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Penerapan Agility training Terhadap Kemampuan Dribble Sepak Bola pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMA N 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kuburaya. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode eksperimen. Bentuk Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one grup pretes-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra Ekstrakulikuler SMA N 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kuburaya sebanyak 34 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik variabel diperoleh nilai uji-t diperoleh thitung = 15,970. Nilai ttabel dengan taraf kepercayaan = 0,05, dk = (n-1) = 34 – 1 = 33 diperoleh nilai sebesar 2.03452. Dengan demikian thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung = 15,970 > ttabel = 2.03452). Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian bahwa jika thitung > ttabel pada α=0,05 dk = 33, maka dapat simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan penerapan agility training terhadap kemampuan drible sepak bola siswa ekstrakurikuler SMA N 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kuburaya Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh Latihan agility training terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola siswa putra ekstrakulikuler SMA N 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kuburaya.

Abstract

One way to improve teacher professionalism is by encouraging teachers to write. The next step, once the writing is completed, is to publish it. Publishing before 2019 was still mostly done manually using printed journal books. Starting from 2019 until now, journals have begun to switch to online publishing. With online publishing, teachers automatically have to understand the procedures that apply in the open journal system (OJS) when sending articles. To bridge this need, Community Service is carried out so that teachers understand OJS which is now starting to become grounded. At least material on how to adjust templates, do submets, go through the process of review, copy editing, publishing and fees as a writer. This series of activities was given to teachers with the result that all teachers 100% understood the processes that occurred in the OJS journal.
