<![CDATA[Abstract: In the context of spiritual life, the role of the Holy Spirit is paramount for Christians as a comforter, helper, truth giver, shaper of human character, and bestower of grace. The modern era presents complex challenges and temptations. Spiritual phenomena, such as the increased interest in spirituality and revival of faith, mark the relevance of this research. This study aims to fill the knowledge gap by delineating the definition of the Holy Spirit, exploring His works within the inner being of Christians, identifying the characteristics of His recipients, and understanding His role in contemporary times. A literature review method with a qualitative approach was employed, involving analysis and synthesis of literature to construct a holistic conceptual framework. The findings of the research demonstrate the significant role of the Holy Spirit in guiding, shaping, and empowering Christians, providing assurance of eternal life, and remaining relevant in addressing present-day challenges. By focusing on the role of the Holy Spirit, this research contributes to a profound understanding of these aspects in the context of modern Christian life. Abstrak: Dalam konteks kehidupan spiritual, peran Roh Kudus sangat penting bagi orang Kristen sebagai penghibur, penolong, pemberi kebenaran, pembentuk sifat manusia, dan pemberi karunia. Era modern menghadirkan tantangan dan godaan yang kompleks. Fenomena rohaniah, seperti peningkatan minat terhadap spiritualitas dan kebangkitan iman, menandai relevansi penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan, merinci definisi Roh Kudus, mengeksplorasi karya-Nya dalam batin orang Kristen, mengidentifikasi ciri-ciri penerima-Nya, dan memahami interaksi peran-Nya pada masa kini. Metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang digunakan melibatkan analisis dan sintesis literatur untuk menyusun kerangka konseptual holistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran Roh Kudus sangat signifikan dalam membimbing, membentuk, dan memberdayakan orang Kristen, memberikan jaminan hidup kekal, serta relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan masa kini.
