Abstract

Pastoral work requires certain techniques or strategies. The success of such work depends on how accurately the techniques or strategies the pastoral agent selects and uses. One of the pastoral theologians who introduced pastoral strategies was Father Paulus Hendrikus Janssen, CM. This research focuses attention on the implementation of Paulus Hendikus Janssen's pastoral strategy in the pastoral work of STP IPI alumni who work in the Malang Diocese. In an effort to obtain data related to this theme, the approach used was qualitative, using an interview method with several alumni involved in pastoral work in the Malang Diocese. The research results show that there is implementation of Paul Janssen's pastoral strategy by alumni of the Indonesian Pastoral Institute Pastoral College in the Diocese of Malang. This is practiced, because there are many benefits to be gained, namely they know the context of the mission better, understand the problems of the people in depth, there is a lot of local wisdom and religious wealth that is discovered and is useful for developing the faith of the people, there is a mission framework that is structured by following a pattern. -pattern developed by Paul Janssen. Apart from the benefits, there are also challenges and difficulties that must be overcome by pastoral agents. This research is expected to contribute to the development of pastoral patterns in the Malang diocese in particular and in Indonesia in general. At a theoretical level, Paul Janssen's pastoral strategy enriches the knowledge of pastoral theology.

Abstract

English: In the context of education the strategies of teachers and education personnel refer to the ways in which educators achieve certain learning goals. The strategy of teachers and education personnel in implementing the 2013 Ministry of Religion curriculum at the Bhakti Luhur Malang Senior High School, is an effort to educate and foster students in accordance with the situation in this millennial era. The problem in this research relates to the importance of the 2013 Ministry of Religion curriculum in the world of education in the millennial era at Bhakti Luhur Malang. This research uses a qualitative research. In gaining data, researchers uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The research stages include pre-field work, fieldwork and data analysis according to Lexy J Meleong’s procedure. The results show that the 2013 Ministry of Religion curriculum in the millennial era at SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang is very important and actual because it is able to form the character of students in the millennial era. The strategies of teachers and education personnel in implementing the 2013 Ministry of Religion curriculum include learning methods, and quality learning tools for students. Supporting factors are adequate modern facilities, good cooperation between teachers, education staff and students, while inhibiting factors for example, the ability of educators and adjustments to student learning styles. Bahasa Indonesia: Dalam konteks pendidikan strategi guru dan tenaga kependidikan merujuk pada cara yang dilakukan pendidik untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu. Strategi guru dan tenaga kependidikan dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum Kemenag 2013 di SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang, merupakan usaha untuk mendidik dan membina para siswa-siswi yang sesuai dengan situasi di era milenial ini. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan pentingnya kurikulum Kemenag 2013 dalam dunia pendidikan pada era milenial di SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang. Demi memperdalam penelitian tersebut, peneliti juga mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat guru dan tenaga kependidikan dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Dalam mendapatkan data, peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahap-tahap penelitian meliputi pra lapangan, pekerjaan lapangan dan analisis data sesuai prosedur penelitian menurut Lexy J Meleong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum Kemenag 2013 di era milenial di SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang sangat penting dan aktual karena mampu mengisi kekosongan atau kekurangan dalam rangka membentuk siswa berakhlak dan berkarakter di era milenial. Strategi guru dan tenaga kependidikan dalam mengimplementasika kurikulum Kemenag 2013 di antaranya; metode pembelajaran, dan sarana pembelajaran yang berkualitas bagi peserta didik. Faktor pendukung adalah sarana modern yang memadai, kerjasama yang baik antar guru, tenaga kependidikan dan siswa, sedangkan faktor penghambat misalnya, kemampuan pendidik dan penyesuaian terhadap gaya belajar siswa.
