Kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, dan motivasi merupakan tiga faktor yang diduga berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh ketiganya maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai IKNB Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup 100 pegawai. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan instrument kuesioner lima skala penilaian likert. Penelitian menghasilkan tiga temuan utama sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut maka untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai disarankan agar dilakukan upaya peningkatan kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, dan motivasi. Motivasi memainkan peranan yang lebih besar dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: disiplin, kepemimpinan, kinerja, motivasi ABSTRACT Leadership, discipline, and motivation are three factors that are thought to play an important role in influencing employee performance. To prove the influence of the three, this research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on the performance of IKNB employees of the Financial Services Authority, Jakarta Head Office. This research sample includes 100 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument with five Likert rating scales. The research produced three main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely leadership, discipline, and motivation influence employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that efforts be made to improve employee performance to improve leadership, discipline, and motivation.
