ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Peningkatan layanan pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala terhadap personil Polri khususnya di jajaran Polda Sulsel telah dilakukan secara berkesinambungan akan tetapi pada kenyataannya belum memberikan hasil yang optimal baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk diteliti lebih jauh tentang Implementasi Layanan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Berkala oleh Biddokkes Polda Sulawesi Selatan Berdasarkan Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 7 Tahun 2013. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu metode yang meneliti kondisi objek alamiah (Natural setting) dengan menekankan terhadap makna daripada generalisasi. Hasil: pelaksanaan program pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala ini, dapat memberikan gambaran atau profil kesehatan personel Polda Sulsel, untuk selanjutnya dapat dijadikan acuan baik untuk personel secara perorangan untuk monitoring kesehatan pribadi serta acuan bagi Bidang Kedokteran Kesehatan Polda untuk melakukan koordinasi mengenai kesehatan personel secara menyeluruh ke setiap wilayah Kepolisian Daerah sulsel, guna mewujudkan personel sehat samapta, yang akan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja personel dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Kesimpulan: Implementasi Layanan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Berkala oleh Biddokkes Polda Sulawesi Selatan Berdasarkan Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 7 Tahun 2013 tergolong baik, termasuk hasil kegiatan Rikkesla dari aspek observasi kelayakan pemberi layanan dan penerima layanan, kesesuaian alur layanan dengan SOP, terjalin hubungan tata kerja yang komunikatif, tersedia dokumen umum dan dokumen implementasi kebijkan, dan tersedia informasi umum sebagai penunjang dalam kegiatan Rikkesla. ABSTRACT Background: Improvement of periodic health examination services for National Police personnel, especially in the ranks of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, has been carried out continuously, but in reality, it has not provided optimal results both in quality and quantity. Objective: This research aims to examine further the implementation of periodic health examination services by the South Sulawesi Regional Police's Biddokkes based on National Police Chief Regulation Number 7 of 2013. Method: This research is qualitative, namely a method that examines the condition of natural objects (Natural settings) by emphasizing meaning rather than generalizations. Results: The implementation of this periodic health examination program can provide an overview or profile of the health of South Sulawesi Regional Police personnel, which can then be used as a good reference for individual personnel for monitoring personal health as well as a reference for the Regional Police's Medical Health Sector to coordinate the health of personnel as a whole for each South Sulawesi Regional Police area, to create healthy and healthy personnel, which will influence the improvement of personnel performance in carrying out their duties. Conclusion: The implementation of the Periodic Health Checkup Service by the South Sulawesi Regional Police's Biddokkes Based on National Police Chief Regulation Number 7 of 2013 is classified as good, including the results of Rikkesla activities from the aspect of observing the suitability of service providers and service recipients, conformity of service flow with SOPs, communicative working relationships are established, general documents are available and policy implementation documents, and general information is available to support Rikkesla activities.
