Abstract

The city of Jayapura is growing rapidly with a vibrant coffee industry, presenting a challenge for consumers in choosing the right place. The variety of menus, facilities, and prices make the decision-making process complicated. A cafe recommendation system can help consumers find the right place based on their needs. The study aims to design and build a decision support system using the Multi Objective Optimization Method on the Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) to give recommendations for coffee selection, this DSS considers distances, food prices, beverage prices, facilities, menu variations, and quality of service. The system development process follows the waterfall model with phases of analysis, design, coding, and testing. Structured planning methods are implemented, and a website-based system ensures easy accessibility. The results of manual calculations and application testing showed consistency and the system built has been functional, giving confidence that the system can effectively support decision-making cafe recommendation in Jayapura. Keywords: MOORA; Cafe Recommendation; Decision Support System; Waterfall AbstrakKota Jayapura berkembang pesat dengan industri kafe yang kian marak, menghadirkan tantangan bagi konsumen dalam memilih tempat yang sesuai. Beragam pilihan menu, fasilitas, dan harga membuat proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi rumit. Sistem rekomendasi kafe dapat membantu konsumen dalam menemukan tempat yang tepat berdasarkan kebutuhan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan Metode Multi Objective Optimization on the Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) untuk memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan kafe, SPK ini mempertimbangkan jarak, harga makanan, harga minuman, fasilitas, variasi menu, dan kualitas pelayanan. Proses pengembangan sistem mengikuti model Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Metode perancangan terstruktur diterapkan, dan sistem berbasis website memastikan aksesibilitas yang mudah. Hasil perhitungan manual dan uji aplikasi menunjukkan konsistensi dan sistem yang dibangun telah berfungsi berdasarkan fungsionalitas, memberikan keyakinan bahwa sistem ini dapat efektif mendukung pengambilan keputusan pemilihan kafe di Jayapura.Â
