Abstract

Enterprise Resaurce Planning (ERP) merupakan suatu sistem terintegrasi yang dapat mengatur sistem yang ada dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem ERP pada PT.Galilea Komputer.  PT. Galilea Komputer saat ini telah memeliki sistem informasi untuk setiap cabangnya, tetapi untuk sistem pelaporan data masih terkendala dikarenakan sistem tidak terintegrasi dan untuk sistem pelaporan datanya masih manual sehingga mengakibatkan terlambatnya pelaporan data penjualan maupun data penjualan yang berbentuk fisik tersebut tercecer atau hilang. Untuk itu PT.Galila Komputer merasa perlu untuk membuat suatu sistem terintegrasi berupa sistem Enterprise Resaurce Planning Sehingga dengan adanya sistem ERP ini memungkinkan data terintegrasi dengan baik, tidak terjadinya penumpukan data atau duplikasi data, maupun meminimalisasi kehilangan data. sistem ERP ini juga dapat mempermudah setiap cabang PT. Galilea Komputer dalam berbagi data secara real time atau langsung, Kantor pusat juga dapat dengan mudah memonitoring setiap cabangnya.   Pada pengembangan sistem ERP ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Development (RAD). Mengapa metode RAD sangat cocok dengan pengembangan sistem ini dikarenakn RAD merupakan siklus pengembangan aplikasi  yang dapat mengemukakan fitur yang diperlukan pengguna dengan tepat, metode RAD juga mengimplementasikan pemodelan proses dan data menjadi sebuah sistem yang baik, apabila komponen dari sistem sudah tersedia motode pengembangan RAD mengharuskan menggunakan komponen tersebut tanpa harus membuat kembali komponen tersebut dari awal.  sehingga pengembangan sistem dapat terselesaikan dengan waktu yang singkat dan dengan biaya yang rendah. Abstract

The media currently limit public complaints, and some people find it difficult to convey or report events in the area. Complaints are still not fully using information technology media. This makes it difficult for the public to provide suggestions or submit complaints. The authors developed an information system for the public complaint process using the waterfall method from these problems. This system aims to create a Jatibaru village website and create a complaint website for the community so that complaints in the community can be conveyed properly through the complaints website. The public can review the complaints to determine whether the complaints have been processed or not. System development using the PHP and HTML programming languages. The final result of this study resulted in a public complaint information system so that the aspirations of the community were properly conveyed to the village government, all complaints would be discussed by the village apparatus to minimize complaints from the community, and with this system, it can also help monitor complaints submitted by the community.

Abstract

Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Jayapura Merujuk pada Surat Keputusan (SK) Menteri Keuangan Nomor 7/KMK.01/2016, tentang penghargaan bagi PNS Di Lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan [1], setiap tahunnya saat Hari Oeang akan melakukan pemilihan pegawai teladan. Dengan tujuan untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada pegawai dilingkungan kementrian keuangan, sehingga pegawai menjadi bersemangat dalam mengerjakan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Akan tetapi dalam proses pemilihan kandidatnya kurang maksimanl karena cara pemilihan yang tidak sesuai dengan SK Menteri Keuangan. Sehingga perlu adanya sistem pengambilan keputusan penentuan kandidat pegawai teladan yang dapat berguna bagi kepala seksi dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan pegawainya yang berkelayakan menjadi kandidat pegawai teladan . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dengan menerapkan beberapa kriteria yaitu  Kedisiplinan, Kehadiran, dan Target Kinerja atau Nilai Kinerja Pegawai (NKP). Hasil penelitian yang telah diujikan dimana nilai bobot kriteria yaitu NKP 1.61, Kedisiplinan  1.02, dan Kehadiran  0.42. Setelah mendapati bobot kriteria, maka kepala seksi dapat memberikan nilai untuk mengetahui nilai bobot pegawainya. Dari total perhitungan nilai didapati nilai tertinggi yaitu Arief dengan bobot prioritas 0.25. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis Web, dengan bahasa pemograman php dan My-SQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa presentase nilai tiap pegawai dari tertinggi hingga terendah serta mampu mencetak laporan penilaian pegawai.Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Referring to the Decree (SK) of the Minister of Finance Number 7/KMK.01/2016, regarding awards for civil servants in the Ministry of Finance [1], every year on Oeang Day will conduct selection of exemplary employees. With the aim of giving awards to employees within the ministry of finance, so that employees become enthusiastic in doing their jobs well. However, in the process of selecting candidates, the selection process is not optimal because the method of selection is not in accordance with the Minister of Finance Decree. So it is necessary to have a decision making system to determine exemplary employee candidates that can be useful for the section head in making decisions to determine which employees are eligible to become exemplary employee candidates. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method by applying several criteria, namely Discipline, Attendance, and Performance Targets or Employee Performance Values (NKP). The results of the research that have been tested where the weighted criteria are NKP 1.61, Discipline 1.02, and Attendance 0.42. After finding the weight of the criteria, the section head can give a value to find out the weight value of his employees. From the total value calculation, it was found that the highest value was Arief with a priority weight of 0.25. This system is built on a Web-based basis, using the PHP and My-SQL programming languages. The results of this study are in the form of a percentage of the value of each employee from the highest to the lowest and are able to print an employee appraisal report.

Abstract

The development of information technology provides great benefits for society, especially in terms of information. STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura is one of the private campuses in the city of Jayapura which has a computer laboratory, the STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura computer laboratory provides facilities for students to develop skills in information and communication technology. However, the system used today still has deficiencies in displaying schedule information and practicum modules. Therefore, it is necessary to build a website-based information system that can be useful in displaying schedule and module information clearly and easily understood. The development method uses the prototype method, the data collection method uses the interview method, observation and literature study the design method uses a structured method with context diagrams, and the database description uses ERD and this system is built using the PHP programming language and the database used is MySQL. This information system is based on an online website where the output results are in the form of operators being able to access the information system and input module data and schedules so that students can view or download practicum module data along with the particum schedule. Based on the results of the Black Box testing, all system functions can run properly or 100% valid, so that the module data processing information system and practicum schedule are in accordance with what is expected by the user and the user can access information about the module along with the practicum schedule in real time and it is easier to used.

Abstract

The Library Technical Unit (UPT) of Cenderawasih University is one of the Technical Implementation Units at Cenderawasih University, providing information technology and communication-based services to support the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education. Currently, the UPT Library of Cenderawasih University uses a manual inventory process and Microsoft Excel to manage Non-Movable Goods (BMN) assistance, which complicates supervision, control, and reporting processes, leading to inaccuracies and delays. Therefore, a web-based BMN inventory management information system is needed to facilitate the inventory data collection and automate the reporting process. With this web-based system, the staff of UPT Library can easily record BMN assistance, track the placement of BMN items in each room, view the status of BMN items, generate comprehensive reports displaying the status of BMN items, and create reports for BMN items placed in each room. The research for this system is conducted using the Waterfall method, system design using UML, and testing using Blackbox Testing. The result of this research is a web-based BMN inventory management information system built using PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Majelis Jemaat GKI Immanuel Apo Tugu menggunakan metode Analisis Hirarki Proses (AHP). Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menyediakan solusi yang lebih objektif, transparan, dan akurat dalam proses pemilihan anggota Majelis Jemaat. Saat ini, proses pemilihan anggota Majelis Jemaat masih dilakukan secara manual dan dapat menimbulkan konflik. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP, diharapkan sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi calon anggota Majelis Jemaat yang lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ajaran Alkitab dan nilai-nilai gereja. Penelitian ini melibatkan tahap analisis data kriteria calon anggota, evaluasi pemilihan majelis sebelumnya, dan implementasi metode AHP dalam sistem pendukung keputusan. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan hasil yang objektif. Namun, ada beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan variasi kriteria dan transparansi nilai dalam sistem.

Abstract

The Education Quality Assurance Center (BPMP) is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) of the Directorate General of Primary & Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education & Culture in Papua Province. The problems that occur in BPMP are errors when entering attendance data from the fingerprint scanner into excel spreadsheets, calculating employee working time, calculating employee overtime if any, and employee attendance data that is lost or damaged due to staffing errors. For this reason, it is necessary to have a web-based Honor Employee Attendance information system. This system was built using the waterfall method with 4 stages, namely needs analysis, system design using UML (Usecase Diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram), the 3rd stage is implementation using the Php programming language and mysql as the database, while for the last stage is testing using the blackbox method. The results of this study are that honorarium employees can be absent through fingerprints and are connected to a website-based attendance information system so that the Admin can process employee data in the system, view employee attendance, process approved permit / leave requests, process employee official travel records, and create employee attendance recap reports

Abstract

As an agency with important responsibilities, the Jayapura City Environment and Hygiene Office (DLHK) requires reliable internet access to manage environmental data, communicate with related parties, and monitor environmental conditions. However, network quality issues such as low access speed, frequent interruptions, inadequate security, and incompatibility with devices and applications hinder DLHK's performance efficiency. To overcome these problems, a Quality of Service (QoS) analysis was conducted on the DLHK internet network. The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate the quality of the existing network and identify potential problems that could affect DLHK's performance. The results of this QoS analysis will provide recommendations to improve the quality of the DLHK internet network in Jayapura City. Based on the analysis results, four main parameters were evaluated: delay, Packet Loss, jitter, and throughput. The average delay value is 71.5, Packet Loss 27, jitter 0.08, and throughput 0.2386. These parameters were compared with the network performance standards of the TIPHON version. The results show that delay and jitter fall into the excellent category with an index of 4, while Packet Loss and throughput fall into the poor category with an index of 1.

Abstract

In the era of information technology advancement, organization financial management, including churches, requires an efficient and transparent financial information system (FIS). GKI Efrata Kayu Batu Church still uses a manual financial management system that has various problems, such as administrative problems, lack of financial transparency, and slow financial reporting process.This study aims to build a website-based FIS at GKI Efrata Kayu Batu Church that can overcome these problems. The FIS that was built has features for financial data management, financial reporting, cash flow tracking, financial data analysis, and the creation of special financial reports.This study used the waterfall method with observation, interview, and literature study as data collection techniques. The analysis model used was object-oriented analysis using UML and coding using the C# programming language and database management using MySQL. Blackbox testing was used to test the functionality of the system.The results of the study showed that the website-based FIS that was built can overcome the financial management problems at GKI Efrata Kayu Batu Church. This FIS can help church financial managers to manage financial data more efficiently and effectively, generate complete and informative financial reports, track cash flow in real time, analyze financial data to gain useful insights, and create special financial reports according to the type of cash. Abstract

Untuk mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19 salah satu langkah yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan karantina bagi ODP (Orang Dalam Pemantauan) selama 14 hari dan memantau kesehatan selama karantina atau isolasi mandiri sesuai dengan panduan dari Kementrian Kesehatan Indonesia.Karantina dilakukan sebagai metode untuk membatasi seseorang yang di duga terinfeksi atau tertular covid-19 dikarenakan melakukan perjalanan dari daerah yang memiliki riwayat covid-19. Namun terkadang pemantauan tersebut tidak berjalan dengan baik karena puskesmas sebagai unit fasilitas kesehatan yang bertugas tidak memiliki alat untuk memantau ODP,masalah yang lain juga tidak terpantau apakah ODP tersebut memang benar melaksanakan karantina mandiri atau tidak.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall,dengan tahapan analisa data, tahapan desain perancangan menggunakan UML, tahapan implementasi dengan mengunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan tahapan testing menggunakan metode blackbox. Penelitian ini terbatas pada informasi ODP yang dapat monitoring puskesmas yang ada di wilayah kota jayapura. Hasil penelitian yaitu Petugas puskesmas akan memantau dan memonitoring proses isolasi mandiri melalui website dengan cara ODP akan mengisi data diri,riwayat perjalanan,serta kondisi kesehatan, sedangkan petugas puskesmas akan memonitoring dengan melihat informasi ODP yang sudah di input, lokasi dan foto ODP saat ini sehingga meyakinkan petugas bahwa ODP benar melakukan isolasi mandiri serta informasi jumlah ODP yang sudah menyelesaikan karantina maupun sementara melakukan karantina
