Abstract

Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, dan Transgender sudah menjadi sebuah gerakan berbahaya, akan tetapi belum ada norma hukum yang mengatur tentang perilaku asusila tersebut, Pentingnya sanksi terhadap pelaku zina dan LGBT merupakan bentuk ketegasan negara dalam melindungi moral dan ideologi Nusantara dari faham berbahaya, akan tetapi Mahkamah Konstitusi menolak Permohonan tersebut karena pemidanaan pelaku zina, baik strafsoort maupun strafmaat, dan perilaku asusila lesbian, gay, biseksual, dan transgender memerlukan pembentukan norma baru, sehinggga menjadi Kebijakan hukum pidana (Penal policy). Kewenangan tersebut bukan merupakan kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi, akan tetapi menjadi hak Pembentuk Undang-Undang yaitu DPR bersama Presiden. Tulisan ini merupakan Anotasi atas Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 26/PUUXIV/2016 yang memberikan penjelasan kepada masyarakat adanya Quo Vadis Kebijakan hukum pidana (Penal policy) dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tersebut.Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender are becoming a dangerous movement, yet there is no legal norm governing this immoral behavior. The sanctions importance towards adultery and LGBT perpetrators is a form of state assertiveness in the conservation of the moral and ideology from dangerous movement. Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court rejected the request by the argumentation which is that punishment of adultery, both strafsoort and strafmaat, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender needs a new norm to a penal policy. The authority is not the authority of the Constitutional Court, but it is the right of the Acting Legislator, namely the House of Representatives together with the President. This paper is an Annotation of Open Law Policy of Constitutional Court Decision 26 / PUUXIV / 2016 that provides an explanation to the public about Quo Vadis of Open law policy in the Constitutional Court decision.

Abstract

Bodybuilding requires precise and careful food planning to promote muscle growth and optimize body composition. However, creating personalized meal plans that meet the unique dietary needs of bodybuilders is challenging. This study introduces a customized food recommender system specifically designed for bodybuilders, addressing this problem by utilizing an ontology-based approach combined with Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL) and a Telegram chatbot. The objective is to provide personalized nutritional guidance that aligns with individual bodybuilding goals. The system employs ontologies to represent key concepts such as user profiles, nutritional needs, and food attributes. SWRL rules generate tailored meal plans based on the user's input, which includes personal information and bodybuilding objectives submitted through the chatbot. The system was evaluated with 15 user profiles, producing 180 food recommendations. The results demonstrated high accuracy, with a precision value of 0.866, a recall value of 1, and an F-Score of 0.928. Although the system effectively delivers personalized nutritional advice, it currently lacks the ability to address specific dietary restrictions. Future work could involve incorporating a wider range of dietary considerations and enhancing the system's applicability. This study highlights the potential of semantic technologies in advancing personalized diet and fitness planning.

Abstract

The cigarette smoke is one of the habits that exist in everyday life that cannot be avoided. Smoking can damage health such as respiratory disorders, poisoning of the central nervous system and heart. One of the causes of cigarette smoke, such as cervical cancer, heart impotence, pregnancy disorders and many more. Not only that, smoking can harm other people to take part in inhaling the smoke. From these problems, a Cigarette Smoke Monitoring System was created using a Flame Sensor, MQ 135 Sensor and DHT11 Sensor with Wemos D1 R1 and Blynk to increase usage and monitoring efficiency to properly neutralize Cigarette Smoke in the room. So that a solution appears to the above problems by making this tool, the cause of harmful cigarette smoke can be minimized and the amount of cigarette smoke can be monitored every day due to the manufacture of this tool. The cigarette smoke monitoring system also functions to warn people who violate the smoking ban in a certain room. This research produces a prototype tool using 3 Flame Sensors, DHT11 Sensors and MQ 135 Sensors to detect the presence of fire. Blynk IoT to display data on smartphones and can be monitored via the Thingspeak Web to temporarily store data. Based on the test and measurement results obtained, the sensor used in the final project works properly. The MQ 135 sensor detects CO2 gas levels with an error value of 13.8%, the DHT 11 sensor when it detects temperature gets an error value of 7.17% and when it detects humidity it gets an error value of 3.29%. Keywords: Cigarette Smoke Monitoring, Internet Of Things (IoT), Web Thingspeak. ABSTRAK  Asap Rokok merupakan salah satu kebiasaan yang ada di kehidupan sehari-hari yang tidak bisa dihindari. Merokok dapat merusak kesehatan seperti gangguan pernafasan, keracunan sistem saraf pusat dan jantung. Salah satu penyebab asap rokok seperti kanker serviks, impotensi jantung gangguan kehamilan dan masih banyak lagi. Tidak hanya itu saja, merokok bisa membahayakan orang lain untuk ikut menghirup asapnya. Dari permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah Sistem Monitoring Asap Rokok menggunakan Flame Sensor, Sensor MQ 135 dan Sensor DHT11 dengan Wemos D1 R1 dan Blynk untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan dan monitoring untuk menetralisir Asap Rokok pada ruangan dengan baik. Sehingga muncul solusi terhadap permasalahan diatas dengan pembuatan alat ini, asap rokok yang berbahaya itu dapat diminimalisir penyebabnya dan dapat dimonitoring banyaknya asap rokok setiap harinya karena pembuatan alat ini. Sistem monitoring asap rokok berfungsi juga untuk memperingatkan kepada orang yang melanggar larangan merokok pada suatu ruangan tertentu, Peneletian  ini menghasilkan sebuah prototype alata dengan menggunakan 3 sensor Flame Sensor, Sensor DHT11 dan Sensor MQ 135 Mendeteksi kebaradaan api  Suhu,Kelembaban dan Kadar Asap CO2 sebagai parameter input untuk diproses pada Mikrokontroller Wemos D1 R1 ESP8266 kemudian buzzer relay dan fan sebagai indikator apabila terdeteksi asap rokok pada ruangan operasi ini menghasilkan nilai output pada tampilan OLED.  Blynk IoT untuk menampilkan data pada smartphone dan bisa dapat dimonitoring melalui Web Thingspeak untuk menyimpaan data sementara. Berdasrkan hasil pengujian dan pengukuran yang di dapat, sensor yang digunakan dalam project akhir bekerjadengan semestinya.Sensor MQ 135 mendeteksi kadar asap gas CO2 memiliki nilai error cukup besar 13,8 %,Sensor DHT 11 pada saat mendeteksi suhu mendapatkan nilai error sebesar 7,17 % dan  pada saat mendeteksi kelembapan mendapatkan nilai error sebesar 3,29 %.
