Abstract

Dalam membuat sebuah usaha, para pengusaha berlomba-lomba memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada para konsumen atau pelanggannya, untuk meningkatkan penghasilan usahnya, supaya konsumen ingin kembali berbelanja maka perusahaan tentunya akan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk menarik para konsumen. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di UMKM Keling Kumang Mart. Respoden atau sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang pelanggan Keling Kumang Mart,  metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif, karena untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel dengan uji statistik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 27.0 V. Hasil penelitian ini menyataka bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di UMKM Keling Kumang Mart, dengan hasil uji statistik Sig. 0,005 lebih kecil dari Signifikasi yaitu 0,000. Dengan korelasi antara kedua variabel ini senilai 0,621 dengan kriteria kuat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kebersihan lingkungan sekolah merupakan faktor penting dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang sehat, aman, dan nyaman, khususnya bagi siswa Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepedulian warga sekolah terhadap kebersihan lingkungan melalui sosialisasi dan aksi nyata pembersihan sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemberian materi sosialisasi dengan media visual sederhana agar mudah dipahami, diskusi interaktif dengan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, serta kegiatan pembersihan bersama di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi aktif guru, siswa, dan mahasiswa dalam menjaga kebersihan. Lingkungan sekolah menjadi lebih tertata dan nyaman, serta tercipta kerja sama yang lebih erat antara perguruan tinggi dan pihak sekolah. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi yang disertai praktik langsung efektif menanamkan kebiasaan peduli lingkungan dan mendukung terwujudnya lingkungan belajar yang sehat. Kata Kunci: Kebersihan Lingkungan Sekolah, Pengabdian Masyarakat, SLB, Sosialisasi, Aksi Bersih Sekolah. ABSTRACT Environmental cleanliness in schools is an important factor in creating a healthy, safe, and comfortable learning environment, especially for students with special needs at Special Schools (SLB). This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and awareness of school members regarding environmental cleanliness through socialization and concrete school cleaning actions. The implementation methods include providing socialization materials using simple visual media  for easy understanding, interactive discussions with teachers and educational staff, as well as joint cleaning activities in the school environment. The results of the activity showed an increase in awareness and active participation of teachers, students, and university students in maintaining cleanliness. The school environment became more organized and comfortable, and closer cooperation was established between the university and the school. This activity proved that education accompanied by direct practice is effective in instilling habits of caring for the environment and supporting the creation of a healthy learning environment.  Keywords : School Environmental Cleanliness, Community Service, Special Needs Schools, Socialization, School Clean-Up Activities

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of increasing consumptive behavior of Savings and Loans Cooperative staff at CU Keling Kumang Sintang Satu Area, along with the presence of digitalization services in the form of the Keling Kumang Digital application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of digital cooperative services on the consumer behavior of staff at CU Keling Kumang Area Sintang I, both directly and through transaction convenience as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative, with regression and path analysis techniques. Data were obtained from 106 respondents through questionnaires. The results show that digital cooperative services have a significant direct effect on consumer behavior (tvalue 3.264 > t-table 1.983; significance 0.01 < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.304. Transaction convenience also has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (tvalue 3.769; significance 0.000) with a beta coefficient of 0.348. However, the indirect effect of digital cooperative services on consumer behavior through transaction convenience is not significant (coefficient -0.114; significance 0.659), although full mediation occurs as the direct effect becomes insignificant. Other findings indicate that factors such as financial literacy, lifestyle, and social influence also affect consumer behavior. The conclusion of this study is that cooperative digitalization plays a role in increasing staff consumption, but it must be balanced with financial literacy education to prevent excessive consumption. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of credit policies, consisting of interest rates and loan collateral, on borrowers’ interest at Credit Union (CU) Keling Kumang Branch Office Kelam, Kelam Permai District, Sintang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling method, so that all 89 members of the population were included as respondents. The results of the study indicate that partially, interest rates do not have a significant effect on borrowers’ interest, with a significance value of 0.218 (> 0.05). This suggests that members’ decisions to apply for loans are not only influenced by the interest rate level, but also by non-financial factors such as trust and service convenience. Conversely, the loan collateral variable has a positive and significant effect on borrowers’ interest, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). The ease and flexibility of the collateral system are proven to increase members’ interest in borrowing. In addition, the F-test results show that interest rates and loan collateral together have a significant effect on borrowers’ interest, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). These findings emphasize the importance of credit policies that pay attention to the aspects of loan collateral to increase members’ participation in accessing loan services at CU Keling Kumang BO Kelam.
