Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the working capital on the CV. Sofasco Printing. The method used is descriptive such as literature studies, interviews and document analysis. Running a business requires working capital for its daily operations. Of course, every job in the business requires sufficient and good working capital. The company does not experience difficulties facing economic crises or financial problems, thus enabling the company to operate properly and optimally and achieve company goals. CV income. Sofasco printing per month can be seen from January to August, while for seasonal increases there are from June to August where there are many purchases such as Indonesian Independence Day, invitation cards and so on. Industrial visits that experience an increase in working capital can provide varying results depending on the industrial sector and the strategies implemented. The following are some of the possible outcomes as a result of increasing working capital in industrial visits: Increased Production, Improved Production Quality, Improved Operational Efficiency, Improved Marketing and Sales, Increased Profits and Growth of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and develop an effective marketing strategy system at the "Salapan Djati" coffee shop to increase competitiveness and business growth. Through a qualitative approach with the case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of documentation related to coffee marketing strategies. The results of the study show that "Salapan Djati" can improve the marketing strategy system through several main strategies: (1) developing innovative and quality coffee products, (2) appropriate market segmentation to target potential consumers, (3) utilization of social media and digital platforms in marketing campaigns, (4) improving the quality of customer service, and (5) cooperating with local suppliers to support sustainability and community aspects. The practical implication of this research is to provide guidance for coffee shop owners in designing and implementing an effective marketing strategy system to improve business performance.

Abstract

Roti'O is known as a franchise company with its flagship product, the coffee bun. Roti'O's first outlet was established on May 23, 2012 at Kota Station, West Jakarta. Roti'O is a brand under PT. Sebastian Citra Indonesia. This study aims to determine the planning of the order system in service through the delivery order application at Roti'o. The method used is descriptive. Descriptive is a research method that describes the characteristics of the population or phenomenon studied. Therefore, the main focus of this research method is to explain the research object. So that is in accordance with what events or phenomena are happening. In general, the results of this study Roti'O still do not have a Roti'O delivery application that can make it easier for consumers. Currently, the development is so rapid, many social media are used to facilitate quick access to social media. We hope that this online order delivery will make it easier for customers to shop and save time busy with every other work in daily life

Abstract

This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the digital marketing strategies employed by K-Beat-A Dimsum. A qualitative approach is utilized, with a focus on the individual as the unit of analysis, specifically the owner of K-Beat-A Dimsum. The research method employed is descriptive, involving in-depth interviews with the owner of K-Beat-A Dimsum, as well as observations and literature review. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights into the efforts that K-Beat-A Dimsum can undertake to leverage their strengths, strengthen their position in the market, and overcome existing challenges. By enhancing their digital marketing strategies, optimizing collaborations with online food delivery platforms, and actively engaging with customers, K-Beat-A Dimsum can improve sales, enhance brand awareness, and expand their market share.

Abstract

This home industry visit aims to find out how the process of improvement is obtained by the surrounding community who join the Devista Toys Home Industry. Unemployment is a social problem that greatly affects the economy in a region. Handling economic problems and unemployment needs to be done, for example by providing jobs. So one of the efforts to overcome unemployment, poverty and improve the community's economy is as carried out by Mr. Hj. Devis, who founded the Devista Toys Home Industry, became more productive and independent. Providing knowledge by holding training on sewing, decorating dolls, and packing dolls. This industrial visit used qualitative methods, namely observation and interviews to see how far the process was carried out by Devista Toys' Home Industry and see the results obtained by its employees. The results of this Home Industry visit show that the improvement process carried out by Home Industry has significant potential to improve the community's economy. Through skills training, improving product quality, access to a wider market, and forming networks, "Devista Toys" craftsmen can achieve increased income, create jobs, and improve people's quality of life
