<![CDATA[Anak mendapatkan banyak manfaat dari ASI eksklusif untuk pertumbuhan dan daya tahan tubuh. Dampak pemberian ASI yang tidak eksklusif tidak hanya terjadi saat bayi, tetapi juga terbawa sampai dengan dewasa. Salah satu alasan mengapa ibu tidak dapat memberikan ASI perah secara eksklusif adalah karena mereka sibuk bekerja atau tidak tahu cara menjalankan ASI perah dengan benar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ibu bekerja di Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Tasikmalaya periode 2022–2023 dapat menggunakan buku saku yang dibuat khusus untuk manajemen ASI perah sebagai alat pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R & D). Metode ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, kemudian menguji kelayakan produk tersebut. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan hasil dari uji validasi ahli materi mendapat nilai 80% termasuk kategori layak. Hasil dari uji validasi ahli media memperoleh nilai 86,6% termasuk kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba pada skala kecil memperoleh nilai 83% termasuk kategori sangat layak dan hasil uji coba pada skala besar mendapat nilai 94% termasuk kategori sangat layak. Diharapkan dengan buku saku manajemen ASI perah pada ibu bekerja dapat mempermudah ibu menyusui dalam memperoleh informasi manajemen ASI perah untuk menunjang keberhasilan cara pemberian ASI yang dilakukan secara eksklusif. AbstractThe children get many benefits from exclusive breastfeeding for their growth and immune system. The impact of non- exclusive breastfeeding does not only occur during infancy, but also carries over into adulthood. One of the reasons why mothers cannot give expressed breast milk exclusively is because they are busy working or don't know how to breastfeed properly. The aim of this research is to find out whether working mothers in Ciawi District, Tasikmalaya during 2022–2023 Regency can use a pocket book made specifically for expressed breast milk management as an educational tool. This research uses the Research and Development (R & D) method. This method is used to produce a certain product, then test the suitability of the product. Data was collected using a questionnaire, and the results of the material expert validation test received a score of 80%, including the appropriate category. The results of the media expert validation test obtained a score of 86.6%, including the very feasible category. The results of trials on a small scale received a score of 83%, including the very feasible category, and the results of trials on a large scale received a score of 94%, including the very feasible category.
