Abstract

The development of the arts in developing the artistic talents of the people of Medan city, is increasingly evident with the number of events with the arts as the main thing in the implementation of the event. From the results of data calculations carried out, the number of people who want to develop talents in the arts does not match the number of art schools in Medan. There are only 57 art associations and 1 art college in Medan State University. What helps is the Tamab Budaya which at the moment is in a condition that is not suitable for use anymore. By looking at the existing functions, and comparative studies conducted, a high school is needed with an adaptation approach to the environment according to the needs of students. The purpose of the research is that there is an art high school building, by applying environmental adaptation. The research method carried out is by processing data on survey results, conducting comparative studies and collecting data through observation, interviews, and analyzing documentation. This research is expected to provide concrete insights to improve the adaptation of art school buildings to the environment and support the development of arts and culture in Medan City optimally.

Abstract

Keluarga pasien ICU sering mengalami tekanan psikologis akibat ketidakpastian kondisi pasien, keterbatasan kontrol, dan beban emosional yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harapan dengan kecemasan pada keluarga pasien yang dirawat di ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RSUD Karsa Husada Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional yang melibatkan 71 anggota keluarga pasien ICU di RSUD Karsa Husada Batu. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala harapan dan skala kecemasan keluarga pasien ICU yang dikembangkan melalui proses modifikasi berdasarkan teori dan konteks penelitian, serta telah melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas masing-masing sebesar (α = 0,747) dan (α = 0,800). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana setelah memenuhi asumsi normalitas dan linearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara harapan dan kecemasan keluarga pasien ICU dengan arah hubungan positif (p = 0,015; p < 0,05), serta kontribusi harapan sebesar 8,2% terhadap kecemasan keluarga pasien ICU. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa harapan berperan dalam dinamika emosional keluarga pasien ICU, meskipun kecemasan juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan psikologis dan komunikasi yang efektif di lingkungan ICU.
