Abstract

The automotive industry is one sector that continues to grow. With the increase in the number of motorized vehicles, the demand for vehicle maintenance and repair services increases. Currently, Aan Automobil already has a website and there is a Booking Appointment menu but this feature cannot be used. As demand for automotive services continues to increase and service appointments are still arranged conventionally by direct visits to workshops, so customers have to wait in long queues or even hours to get a service appointment. In addition, the appointment setting process is often ineffective because information about available times and types of services available is unclear. Based on the description above, it is very important to develop a Service Appointment Booking System using the Design Sprint Method. This is expected to improve service to customers and to avoid long queues, cars can be worked on directly according to schedule and the estimated completion time can be known early so that customers can manage valuable time

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology at that time has spawned new innovation breakthroughs that are very beneficial to the community, including e-commerce. At present, only by accessing e-commerce through the Internet, we can view the goods we want, find out the details of the goods and transact with each one without being limited by time and distance. U.D Mulya Sentosa is one of the manufacturers engaged in the sale of building materials. The sales system at UD.Mulya Sentosa is still in the traditional way, where consumers have to go directly to the store to make purchases and know the product availability and the type of advertising only using word of mouth through the media, resulting in a limited sale and distribution of buildings on a large scale and reporting limitations. Based on the above problems, UD Mulya Sentosa developed a building material sales system based on web e-commerce. In creating this web e-commerce using the waterfall method, using the PHP programming language, the MySQL database and using the Visual Studio Code tool. The purpose of creating a web e-commerce based sales system is to provide promotional media for businesses so that sales marketing becomes broader and sales report management becomes more convenient.

Abstract

Tercapainya tujuan perusahaan tidak hanya tergantung pada teknologi, tetapi tergantung pada manusia yang melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Kemampuan karyawan memberikan hasil kerja yang baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi secara keseluruhan merupakan kontribusi dari kinerja karyawan. Kinerja dapat diketahui dan diukur melalui individu ataupun sekelompok karyawan yang telah mempunyai kriteria atau standar keberhasilan sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan adanya kenaikan jabatan. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) merupakan penerapan informasi yang ditujukan hanya sebagai alat bantu manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk pembobotan kriteria. Hasil dari sistem berupa perangkingan dari hasil perhitungan bobot pada kriteria. Hasil dari pengambilan keputusan dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat mempermudah dalam menentukan karyawan yang akan di promosikan untuk kenaikan jabatan.
