Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of motivation and work discipline on the employee performance of PT Abbott Indonesia Depok. The research used quantitative methods, and data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 37 employees. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the least squares equation. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-statistics and F-test to examine partial and simultaneous regression coefficients, validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The results indicated that there was no significant positive influence between motivation and employee performance. However, there was a significant positive influence between discipline and employee performance. Additionally, together, motivation and work discipline influence employee performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Abbott Indonesia Depok. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 37 karyawan PT Abbott Indonesia Depok. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan persamaan kuadrat terkecil dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik serta uji F untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial dan simultan, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi dengan Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif secara signifikan antara Disiplin dengan Kinerja Karyawan. Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh antara Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
