Abstract

Teachers play a central role in realizing effective teaching and learning activities, with the hope of bringing positive changes to students. With the awareness that each student has diverse abilities and characteristics, teachers need to recognize and understand the characteristics of each student to create a conducive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. The purpose of this research is to provide a professional teacher's understanding in applying traditional games in early childhood. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with data review from case studies, literature studies, and books as reference references. The results of this study are that teachers play a very important role in traditional games such as teachers as facilitators, introduction to local culture, formation of social skills, improvement of gross and fine motor skills, learning values, development of cognitive abilities, stimulation of creativity: Evaluation and Feedback.

Abstract

Art learning is a child's education that focuses on the development of visual intelligence, also known as visual intelligence. In this context, children are encouraged to have the ability to understand objects thoroughly and in detail. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding to teachers that the benefits of fine arts are very beneficial for early childhood, this research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data review from case studies, literature studies, and books as reference references. The results of this study are in the benefits of fine arts for early childhood can develop children's Fine Motor Skills, develop Imagination and Creativity through fine arts, Increase Problem Solving Skills and Increase Emotional Intelligence.

Abstract

Professional teachers are very important in early childhood education. However, PAUD teachers often do not prioritize teaching skills, which becomes a problem. This research discusses the professionalism of PAUD teachers in the learning process using descriptive qualitative methods to find solutions. Teachers must be teachers and motivators who are responsible for shaping children's personalities and have mature skills and preparation before teaching. In conclusion, professional teachers are those who have expertise and skills in educating early childhood children and creating a fun and interesting learning atmosphere.
