Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of an industry-certified productive teacher apprenticeship program at the Center for Excellence Vocational School in Denpasar City in terms of variables: context, input, process, and product. Then evaluate jointly in terms of context, input, process, and product, as well as the constraints encountered and the solutions to the implementation of an industry-certified productive teacher apprenticeship program at the Center for Excellence Vocational School in Denpasar City. The subjects in this study were 56 productive teachers who had implemented an industry-certified teacher apprenticeship program and were selected based on a purposive sampling technique. This research is evaluation research with a quantitative approach using the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product). Data were collected using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews and were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Data analysis was performed by converting the raw score into a Z score (z-score) followed by a T score and then converted into the Glickman quadrant. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the implementation of the industrial-certified productive teacher apprenticeship program from the context of obtaining effective results (+), the effectiveness of the implementation of the industrial-certified productive teacher apprenticeship program in terms of the input obtained effective results (+), the effectiveness of the implementation of the industrial-certified productive teacher apprenticeship program in terms of process obtained less effective results (-), the effectiveness of the implementation of the industrial-certified productive teacher apprenticeship program in terms of the product obtained effective results (+). Overall, the evaluation of the context, input, process, and product variables in the implementation of the industrial-certified productive teacher apprenticeship program at a vocational center of excellence in Denpasar city is classified as effective (+ + - +).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the results of evaluations separately or together on context, input, process, product and problems that occur in the implementation of economic learning assisted by e-learning at SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar. This research is a program evaluation research using CIPP model. The sample of this study consisted of 85 students and 2 teachers of economics at SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar. Context, input, process, product data in this study were collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of implementing the economic learning assisted by e-learning, the raw scores were transformed into Z-scores, then into T-scores, then verified into the Glickman Quadrant. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that: 1) The effectiveness of the implementation of economic learning assisted by e-learning in terms of the context obtained effective results (+), 2) The effectiveness of the implementation of economic learning assisted by e-learning in terms of the input obtained effective results (+), 3) The effectiveness of the implementation of economic learning assisted by e-learning in terms of the process obtained less effective results (-), 4) The effectiveness of the implementation of economic learning assisted by e-learning in terms of the product obtained effective results (+), 5) The results of a joint evaluation of the implementation of economic learning assisted by e-learning in terms of context, input, process, product obtained effective results (+ + - +), and 6) The problems faced in implementing e-learning assisted economic learning are 1) lack of support for facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of student attendance, 3) many students submit assignments not on time, 4) students do not access the material provided, 5) lack of training regarding e-learning assisted learning, and 6) teachers lack time to explain the material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of integrity, spirituality, culture, and work motivation on employee performance. The sample of this research is 40 employees at Mutiara School. This study used an ex-post facto design using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between integrity and employee performance with a positive B value of 0.699 and a sig value of 0.001 , 2) There is a positive and significant influence between spirituality and employee performance with a positive B value of 0.657 and a sig value of 0.003, 3) There is a positive and insignificant influence between culture and employee performance with a positive B value of 0.137 and a sig value of 0.437, 4) There is a positive and insignificant influence between work motivation and employee performance with a A positive B is 0.088 and a sig value is 0.425. 5) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant correlation between integrity, spirituality, culture, work motivation and employee performance of 37.587.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the contribution of servant leadership to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan, 2) determine the contribution of work ethic to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan, 3) determine the contribution of work discipline to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan, 4) knowing the magnitude of the contribution of completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan, and 5) knowing the magnitude of the simultaneous significant contribution between servant leadership, work ethic, work discipline, completeness of facilities and infrastructure on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan. This type of research is ex-post facto. The population in this study was 53 people. The research sample of this research was 46 people. Collecting data using a Likert scale model questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) the contribution of the principal's servant leadership to teacher performance was 19.20%, (2) the contribution of the work ethic to teacher performance was 20.01%, (3) the contribution of work discipline to teacher performance was 17,08%, (4) the contribution of the completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance is 34,34%, and (5) the contribution of servant leadership style, work ethic, work discipline, completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance with a contribution of 90.63%.
