Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari latar belakang remaja panti asuhan yang banyak melakukan pelanggaran dari mulai merokok, tidak taat pada aturan hingga melarikan diri dari panti asuhan. Parenting style perlu digunakan untuk membina moral pada usia remaja yang sedang mengalami masa transisi atau memiliki tingkat emosional yang tinggi. Sedangkan dalam membina moral remaja juga memiliki faktor pendukung, dan tentunya juga memiliki faktor penghambat. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi parenting style dalam membina moral remaja di Panti Asuhan Tirtonugroho Tirtomoyo. (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam membina moral remaja di Panti Asuhan Tirtonugroho Tirtomoyo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah field research yang bersifat kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah psikologis. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari sumber data primer dan sekunder, dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis datanya dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa parenting style yang digunakan dalam membina moral remaja di panti asuhan ada tiga, yaitu authoritarian, authoritative dan permissive. Tiga jenis parenting style yang berangkat dari latar belakang remaja yang melanggar aturan termasuk dalam parenting style authoritarian, karena banyak aturan yang diterapkan dalam panti asuhan. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan peneliti, parenting style yang dapat menjadikan remaja lebih taat pada aturan yaitu parenting style authoritative. Sedangkan parenting style permissive lebih sedikit ditemukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam membina moral remaja yaitu keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan nasehat. Metode ini diterapkan oleh pengasuh panti kepada anak asuhnya melalui kegiatan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This paper examines the adoption of sustainability practices in startups, comparing those in developed and developing economies. With a growing emphasis on sustainable development, startups play a crucial role in driving environmental and social change. The study analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by startups in both contexts, focusing on resource management, green innovation, and social responsibility initiatives. The findings reveal distinct approaches between the two groups, with startups in developed economies leveraging more advanced technologies, while those in developing economies rely on cost-effective, local sustainability practices. Recommendations are provided for fostering sustainability in the startup ecosystem.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed human resource management, particularly in recruitment and employee selection processes. AI-based recruitment systems utilize algorithms to enhance efficiency, speed, and objectivity in evaluating candidates. These systems allow organizations to process large volumes of applications more quickly and identify suitable candidates based on data-driven criteria. However, despite these advantages, the use of AI also presents challenges, especially concerning algorithm transparency and the potential for bias, which may compromise fairness in decision-making. Therefore, the role of human resource (HR) leaders becomes crucial in ensuring that AI systems are implemented in a transparent, accountable, and ethical manner. This study aims to analyze the application of algorithm transparency in AI-based recruitment and examine the role of HR leaders in overseeing and auditing these technologies to minimize algorithmic bias. The research adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by analyzing various scholarly articles related to AI in recruitment, algorithmic bias, and AI governance. The review process includes stages of identification, selection, evaluation, and synthesis of relevant literature from multiple scientific databases. The findings indicate that algorithm transparency is a key factor in developing fair and accountable recruitment systems. HR leaders play a strategic role through oversight mechanisms, algorithm audits, and the establishment of governance policies. Without proper supervision, AI systems risk perpetuating historical biases embedded in training data. Therefore, integrating AI with responsible HR leadership is essential to achieving transparent, fair, and sustainable recruitment practices.
