Abstract

Fenomena victim blaming dalam kasus kekerasan seksual masih menjadi persoalan serius di Indonesia karena korban tidak hanya mengalami penderitaan akibat tindakan pelaku, tetapi juga menerima stigma, penghakiman, dan tuduhan dari masyarakat maupun lingkungan penegakan hukum. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan korban mengalami tekanan psikologis, pengucilan sosial, serta hambatan dalam memperoleh keadilan hukum. Perspektif viktimologi memandang bahwa praktik victim blaming merupakan bentuk viktimisasi sekunder yang bertentangan dengan prinsip perlindungan korban. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perlindungan hukum yang efektif, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, serta pendekatan yang berorientasi pada korban agar korban kekerasan seksual memperoleh perlindungan dan keadilan secara optimal.
