Abstract

This study aims to determine Full Day School Management in SMA As Syafi’iyah Medan, Jl. Karya Wisata Ii No.1,Medan Johor, Medan, North Sumatra Province. This research is a qualitative popoulasi study of the Full Day School teacher and management and students of SMA As Syafi’iyah Medan. In an effort to improve student character education in MAN 2, the terrain model includes stages, namely: planning Full Day School learning, implementing Full Day School learning and evaluating Full Day School learning. Learning planning is adapted to the curriculum adopted by SMA As Syafi’iyah Medan, namely the government curriculum, local curriculum and school curriculum and the formulation of syllabus and plan for implementing learning. The implementation of Full Day School learning consists of habituation activities, exemplary activities, nationalism and patriotism activities and student creativity activities. Evaluation Full Day School learning in general in Medan Model 2 MAN 2 in determining minimal completeness provides an assessment of three domains, namely cognitive, affective and domain psychomotor.

Abstract

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran merupakan strategi untuk melayani pasar atau segmen pasar yang dijadikan target oleh seorang pengusaha. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran merupakan kombinasi dari bauran pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh pengusaha untuk melayani pasarnya. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran pengusaha warung makan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan usaha warung makan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah empiris, karena dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggambarkan tentang suatu keadaan atau fenomena dari objek penelitian yang diteliti dengan cara mengembangkan konsep serta menghimpun kenyataan yang ada. Metode penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengusaha adalah dengan menerapkan sistem bauran pemasaran; product, price, place dan promotion. Dilihat dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, pengusaha warung makan juga menerapakan praktik yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW, yakni shiddiq (benar dan jujur), amanah (dapat dipercaya), fathanah (cerdas), dan tabligh (komunikatif).

Abstract

Pembuatan kemasan mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap minat konsumen, karena produk tersebut akan terlihat menarik secara visual dan higienis. Para wirausaha juga perlu mengemas dengan bijak sekaligus memberi label pada produknya agar masyarakat mengetahui produk apa yang dijualnya. Pembuatan kemasan dan label yang menarik akan membuat produk yang dijual dapat bersaing dan laku di pasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan secara langsung, demonstrasi dan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada mitra mengenai pengelolaan usaha serta pentingnya pengemasan dan pelabelan kue untuk menciptakan kue basah dan kering yang higienis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman ibu-ibu pemilik industry kue basah dan kue kering tentang pentingnya manajemen wirausaha yang baik untuk bersaing di pasaran , peningkatan pemahaman dalam pembuatan kemasan produk yang unik dan peningkatan pemahaman dalam pembuatan labelling produk. Capaian keseluruhan adalah ibu-ibu yang berwirausaha menguasai ilmu pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan proses produksi dalam menghasilkan lebih banyak produk/barang.

Abstract

The community pays great attention to the halal status of the food or beverages they choose to consume. A halal certificate is a written fatwa from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) that declares the halal status of a product in accordance with Islamic law. This is due to the high public interest in halal food and beverages.  Thus, the application of developing technology is very much needed in the current era. The goal is for visitors/tourists to easily find halal-certified food or beverages. This system is built using the waterfall method with data from MSME in Medan City. The designed application can be accessed on a mobile basis, making it easy for all users to use. The results of this research can help MSME register food or beverage products into the application, allowing visitors/tourists to easily find products that are certified halal using the mobile-based halal food application, GEMAH.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of financial literacy on business strategy and performance of MSMEs in Medan City. As for Financial Literacy as an independent variable, business performance as the dependent variable and business strategy as a mediating variable. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to 125 micro, small and medium enterprises in Medan City. Data on MSME were obtained from the Medan Cooperative and MSME Service. With non-probability purposive accidental sampling method. The research data was processed using SPSS 23 statistical software by performing the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) which was then analyzed by multiple regression and descriptive analysis, then the research hypothesis was partially tested and the coefficient ofdetermination was tested. The results of this study are financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on business strategy and business performance. Revealing that with good financial literacy, MSME actors will carry out the right business strategy and with every increase in financial literacy for MSME actors it will also improve their business performance. And the results of the mediation of the business strategy variable show that with financial literacy, MSME actors will carry out business strategies that result in better business performance.

Abstract

As we know that children under the age of 5 years are an important age for brain development and mindset cultivation, or it can also be called the Golden Age. If the person who plays the role of a person wants their child to become someone who is an expert in music in the future, then parents can develop musical skills at this age. What about children who have numbness in speech, can children who have speech limitations not be able to play music? No, music can be used as an alternative medium in communication. Music also has several benefits for toddlers. Can all types of music be used for education and sharpen intelligence? No, only some types of music can be used for education and sharpening intelligence, and some can even create dependence. Music that can be used for education and media to sharpen human intelligence is music that has a balance of 3 elements.

Abstract

School culture is a set of values that encompasses behavior, tradition, daily policies, and symbols as implemented by headmaster, teachers and staff, students and society nearby. School culture is a distinctive character and image of the school to the eye of outsiders. A lot can be done to improve education quality by building positive school culture that enables good morale as well as conducive setting which positively impact school’s education quality. In the attempt to develop school culture relevance with current situation should be taken into account. There are positive and negative cultural aspects as well as the neutral one; cultural aspect that is being implemented should be suitable to the realization of school’s vision and mission through the development of a good culture.

Abstract

Cases of child murder by biological mothers in Indonesia are still frequent and in the public spotlight. In the case study of Decision Number 333/PID. SUS/2021/PN BKS, a biological mother was charged with murdering her own 9-month-old biological child. In the indictment, the public prosecutor used Article 75 paragraph (2) of RI Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health as a legal basis to prosecute the perpetrator. The article emphasizes that anyone who violates health provisions that cause the death of others can be sentenced to prison. In the juridical review, Article 75 paragraph (2) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health is indeed relevant to cases of child murder by biological mothers. However, in this case, there are several weaknesses in the public prosecutor's indictment. First, there is no medical evidence to show that the child's health was completely disturbed due to his mother's acts of violence or negligence. Second, there is no strong evidence that the mother's acts of violence or negligence were intentional to kill her child. In an effort to prevent cases of child homicide by biological mothers in the future, the government also needs to increase public awareness about the importance of child health and protection. Education on how to raise children properly and properly and how to deal with stress in pregnant women or mothers with young children also needs to be improved. In addition, the government also needs to strengthen supervision of acts of violence or negligence against children to prevent cases of child murder by parents or guardians that are detrimental to the health and life of children.

Abstract

Plastic waste is the most waste in every country, including Indonesia. In Indonesia alone, the use of plastic reaches thousands of tons every day, the high rate of plastic use has been made by Indonesia, one of the countries that produces the most plastic waste in the world. this should be of particular concern to every community in order to reduce the plastic waste. the community can utilize the plastic waste into something that has selling value. With the open mind of every community about this, the community can open business opportunities with this plastic waste. In addition to opening business opportunities, the use of plastic waste will slowly reduce the amount of plastic waste around the community. This research method uses the library method. research, namely through the first 3 stages of recording, integrating and analyzing.
