Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence according to Dr. Ary Ginanjar Agustian in the book Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) 165. This research is a library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection uses documentation techniques sourced from the book Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) 165 by Dr. Ary Ginanjar Agustian, also scientific literature and journals. The data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with data reduction steps, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the concept of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence according to Dr. Ary Ginanjar Agustian in the book Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) 165. is material about leadership training and personality development in forming strong characters that combines the concepts of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) in an integrated and transcendental manner in efforts to improve performance and productivity. In the ESQ way 165 book aimed at opening the gate to the heart dimension, it is found that basic values: honesty, justice, togetherness, creativity, true discipline, already exist in humans and are also basic human goals. Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning values using the Quiz Team Method in realizing active and creative students in Islamic Cultural History Learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mu'awanah Al-Hasyimiyah Dukuhmojo Mojoagung Jombang.This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation and pretest to 29 Class III students. While data analysis was carried out using the Team Quiz method to find out whether there was an increase in student achievement in learning Islamic Cultural History at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mu'awanah Al-Hasyimiyah Dukuhmojo Mojoagung Jombang.The results showed that in the pre-cycle of 29 students there were 8 students who had completed and 21 students who had not completed. In cycle I of 29 students only 13 students completed and 16 students had not completed. Then in cycle II there was a slight increase from 29 students, namely 17 students who had completed and 12 students who had not completed. Then in the third cycle of 29 students only 3 students who have not completed and 26 students have completed.Keywords : Team Quiz Method, Learning, History of Islamic Culture

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of TPQ in improving the quality of children's Qur'an reading ability at TPQ Darul Fallah 2 Japanan Mojowarno Jombang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques with deductive and inductive analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the role of the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) Darul Fallah 2 in improving the quality of children's ability to read the Qur'an is very significant. TPQ Darul Fallah 2 has several key elements that support the success of the learning process, including careful planning, the presence of teachers who live in one village, the preparation of a flexible curriculum, and the use of a structured tilawati learning method. In addition, adequate facilities and infrastructure and periodic learning evaluations also play an important role in achieving optimal results.
