Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responibility (CSR) baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan menggunakan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 perusahaan sub sektor bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2013 sampai 2016 dengan jumlah total obervasi 32. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Model analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis jalur dan uji sobel dilakukan untuk menguji efek mediasi variabel intervening dalam model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapengungkapan CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan GCG tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian lainnya yaitu GCG dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan pengungkapan CSR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas memediasi secara penuh hubungan pengungkapan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, profitabilitas tidak memediasi pengaruh GCG terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci: Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibilty,Profitability, Corporate Value

Abstract

This study aims to determine, provide a complete and clear picture of the influence of school facilities and infrastructure on the learning process of Mas Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah high cliff students. This research was conducted on level 3 senior high school students in the academic odd semester of 2022/2023. The research methods used in this research are quantitative methods, library research, and quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through direct observation to schools, distributing questionnaires containing several questions and conducting interviews with several teachers, the results obtained from this study are: 1) the school has enough facilities that support the learning process. The most of the students agree that the school has complete facilities that support the learning process. 2) 75% of the total 100%, only about 25% do not agree that the facility is a bad influence. 3) Some teachers do not use school facilities properly so that the existing facilities are not used. 4) There are more students who like the way teacher uses the facility in learning process than do not like it. Those who like it because of the teacher is creative in using the facility.

Abstract

This research the aim was to find out how to collect data from several teachers at the MTs Al-Washliyah Tebing Tinggi. Data collection was carried out by giving teachers a questionnaire in the form of questions related to the problem to be studied using quantitative and qualitative methods. From the research results it can be seen that most teachers strongly agree that lesson plans have an important role to support the success of the learning process. Among them there were 4 teachers who strongly agreed and 1 teacher who agreed. There were no teachers who disagreed with the questions we asked. This means that almost 80% of teachers in schools strongly agree and 20% of teachers only agree with this question.

Abstract

This research explores the crucial role of infrastructure in effective learning, focusing on the impact of facilities and environmental conditions in educational settings. It emphasizes the need for adequate infrastructure to support teaching and learning processes. The study reviews relevant literature, indicating a positive relationship between school facilities and student performance. Employing a qualitative research method, the researcher uses a library research design to gather and analyze data. The discussion highlights the importance of infrastructure in creating conducive learning environments, emphasizing factors such as classroom design, technology integration, and overall school conditions. The findings emphasize that a well-designed and well-equipped school infrastructure contributes significantly to student achievement and overall educational quality. The study concludes with a call to prioritize infrastructure development to enhance the learning experience and improve educational outcomes.

Abstract

. This study discusses the impact of the development of agricultural technology for the community which initially traditionally became more modern in Bukur Village, Jiwan District, Madiun Regency, East Java Province. Advances in agricultural technology have brought significant changes to society. The impacts of the changes can change the lifestyle and work of farmers. This study uses a qualitative method where researchers have the aim of analyzing the impact of agricultural technology on social change in society. Social change in society is not a result or product but a process. This process of change is of course the result of an agreement or joint decision taken by an individual or a community group. The decisions taken are of course in accordance with the wishes or expectations of the group so that social change can be realized. However, the application of technology does not always have a positive impact, sometimes there are negative things with several obstacles. Some of the obstacles encountered in the process of community empowerment using technology, one of which is secondary human needs that arise after their primary needs are met.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of TPQ in improving the quality of children's Qur'an reading ability at TPQ Darul Fallah 2 Japanan Mojowarno Jombang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques with deductive and inductive analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the role of the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) Darul Fallah 2 in improving the quality of children's ability to read the Qur'an is very significant. TPQ Darul Fallah 2 has several key elements that support the success of the learning process, including careful planning, the presence of teachers who live in one village, the preparation of a flexible curriculum, and the use of a structured tilawati learning method. In addition, adequate facilities and infrastructure and periodic learning evaluations also play an important role in achieving optimal results.
