Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Sumarorong Kabupaten Mamasa dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja dan kompensasi. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah metodologi yang digunakan. Total sampling digunakan dalam proses pengambilan sampel, dengan 40 responden dijadikan sebagai ukuran sampel, sesuai dengan ukuran populasi. menggunakan software SPSS for Windows versi 21.00 untuk membantu pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan parsial analisis uji t yaitu kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Faktor yang paling dominan atau yang paling unggul pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai yaitu variabel kompensasi yang berdasarkan dari nilai thitung kompensasi lebih besar dari nilai thitung beban kerja. Dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,611. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa besarnya kontribusi antara variabel kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 61,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial management on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs play a strategic role in the national economy, but still face various financial management challenges that affect their low business performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME actors and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The study finds that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs. In addition, financial management has been shown to have a positive, significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, financial literacy and financial management have a significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs. These findings indicate that improving understanding and adopting good financial management practices are essential to enhancing MSME performance in a sustainable manner
