This research was conducted with the aim of: 1) Analyzing the influence of communication on performance North Konawe Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) employees, 2) Analyzing the influence of the Work Culture of North Konawe District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) employees and 3) Analyzing Human Resource Development (BKPSDM) North Konawe Regency. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The population is 71 employees of the North Konawe District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in September 2020. The sample was 71 people using the sensus method. The contents of the data include: observation, interviews, questionnaires and documents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS program version 24. The results of the study share that simultaneously the Communication and Work Culture variables share their posts and share their posts with BKPSDM of North Konawe Regency. Partially the work culture variable is the dominant influence compared to the communication variable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Balai Latihan Masyarakat Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan gabungan yaitu mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan memakai data primer sebagai acuan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi, yaitu sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang terdiri dari 15 pernyataan dari jumlah keseluruhan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis secara uji simultan (uji F), uji parsial (uji t) dan kofisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji simultan (uji f) terdapat probabilitas sig sebesar 0,000. Nilai sig < 0.05 (0,000< 0.05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak H1 diterima, jadi terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara parsial (uji t) terdapat pengaruh nilai thitung (3.875) > dari ttabel(1.296) dan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kata Kunci : Pengalaman, Kemampuan, Kinerja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai kejaksaan tinggi sulawesi selatan dan Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai kejaksaan tinggi sulawesi selatan. Pengambilan Sampel dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 42 responden. teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. adapun Variabel penelitian adalah Kompensasi (X1), Kompetensi (X2), dan kinerja Pegawai (Y). penelitian ini menggunakan analisis validitas dan kuantitatif,untuk menguji tingkat realibilitasnya dengan menggunakan cronbach Alpha dan kemudian data di olah dengan Analisis Regresi Liniear Berganda. Pengujuan Hipotesis menggnakan Uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 25. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai di pengaruhi oleh variable Kompensasi dan Kompetensi. Hasil dari Determinasi (R2) satu variable terikat. Yaitu sebesar 0.970, yang artinya variable kinerja mampu menjelaskan kinerja pegawai sebesar 97% sementara sisanya 3% dipengaruhi oleh factor variable lain yang tidak diteliti. dari hasil perhitungan Uji t dapat dilihat bahwa variable Kompensasi dan Kompetensi secara parsial Berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Barru, Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Barru, Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama kabupaten Barru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional studi dengan menggunakan variabel-variabel. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Barru dengan sampel 49 orang, penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Barru, berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian dari Hasil analisis yang menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Squared = R2) = 0.831. Ini berarti bahwa variabel Budaya Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi dapat menjelaskan 83,1% variabel ini mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Barru sedangkan sebesar 36,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam variabel penelitian ini.

This study aims to analyze the financial statements at PT. Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. Pare – Pare by using ratio analysis of liquidity, profitability and solvency the the results are entered into the Altman Z-Score Method to determine the company’s financial condition. The data source used is premier data obtained from PT. Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. Pare – Pare in 2018 – 2020. The Results of this study indicate that the financial condition of PT. Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. Pare – Pare in 2018 – 2020 which is viewed from the ratio of liquidity, profitability and solvency then entered into the Altman Z-Score method, the position is not good / bankrupt. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at SS Coffee Space partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. In recent months in Indonesia there has been a phenomenon where many teenagers have opened coffee businesses. At least 30 teenagers who opened modern coffee businesses in various regions. Several teenagers opened coffee in the same area. One such area is the city of Makassar. Intense competition in the coffee industry makes each business actor try to build and maintain customer loyalty. To survive in the midst of intense competition, companies carry out strategies. One strategy that can be used to influence purchasing decisions is the marketing mix strategy. The population in this study were consumers who had made purchases at SS Coffee Space with a sample of 150 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a questionnaire method, namely the type of primary data. The data analysis technique uses simple linear analysis. The marketing mix at SS Coffee Space has a percentage value of 368.3%. The results of the R square test found that the marketing mix has an influence of 0.790. this states that the marketing mix affects purchase satisfaction by 79.0%, this proves that the effect of the marketing mix on purchase satisfaction is in the strong category. The remaining 21% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Education and Training Personnel Board of East Kutai Regency. The population in this study were employees at the Education and Training Personnel Board of East Kutai Regency with a total sample of 32 people. The methods of collecting data in this study are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive methods and quantitative methods, namely with multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the East Kutai Regency Personnel Education and Training Agency. Based on the independent variable F test (compensation, work discipline and work environment) together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) it is found that the level of correlation or relationship between compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance is a high relationship, namely 59.4%. And compensation is the most dominant factor influencing employee performance at the East Kutai Education and Training Personnel Board

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and work ability on employee performance in Pai sub-district, Makassar city. This study uses a combined approach, namely using qualitative and quantitative approaches using primary data as a reference. The sample used in this study is the entire population, which is 60 respondents. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire consisting of 15 statements of the total number. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques with simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that by means of a simultaneous test (f test) there is a sig probability of 0.000. Sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, so there is a positive and significant influence. Partially (t test) there is an effect of the tcount (3,875) > ttable (1,296) and the resulting significant value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job training on micro, small and medium enterprises in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City This study uses a combined approach, namely using qualitative and quantitative approaches using primary data as a reference. The sample used in this study is the entire population, namely as many as 81 respondents This data collection technique uses a questionnaire consisting of several statements of the total number. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques with simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that job training and motivation have a significant relationship with the performance of MSMEs in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada balai pengelola transportasi darat (BPTD) wilayah xix sulawesi selatan. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan keterlibatan kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja pegawai pada balai pengelola transportasi darat (BPTD) wilayah xix sulawesi selatan. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.569. berarti 56.9% menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kepuasan kerja dan keterlibatan kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 41.9 % dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The type of research in this study is quantitative. The sampling technique in this study is the saturated sample technique.Data collection methods in this study were questionnaires, and documentation studies. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of job satisfaction and job involvement simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the land transportation management center (BPTD) in the area of xix south sulawesi. Adjusted R Square value is 0.569. means 56.9% indicates that employee performance variables can be explained by job satisfaction and job involvement. While the remaining 41.9% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Engagement and Performance
