Abstract

Abstract: The Conception of Political Sarinah As Political Freedom; A Study of The Banyuwangi Women ’s Emancipation at Local Politics . Political Sarinah as political freedom is a strategy and an act which are done by the women to change patriarchy view that attach on them. Thus, the Banyuwangi women are able to rise up as a leader. The purpose of this study were to identify and describe the strategy of the women ’s emancipation in order to get authority at the Banyuwangi Government. This research was descriptive qualitative research and the data collection was conducted through observation, interview (semi-structured interview) and documentation. Moreover, the result of the study showed that the women ’s political strategy in Banyuwangi was based on eight aspects. First, the planning aspect, which was they had a perfect plan before they joined political social field. Second, the organizing aspect, which was they had been trained themselves by joining organization. Third, the actuating aspect, which was they implemented their victory strategy persistently and systematically. Fourth, the controlling aspect, which was they did not do supervisory optimally. Fifth, the strengths aspect, which was they tended to be ambitious with their ability. Sixth, the weakness aspect, which was men tended to be disagree with women ’s leader. Seventh, the opportunities aspect, which was the Banyuwangi women had been educated and experienced. The last, threaten aspect, which was the Banyuwangi men acknowledged women ’s politic so there was no threat for women ’s leader.

Abstract

Abstract : The Relationship of Community Participation In Musrenbangdes Against The Success Of Physical Development of The Village In The Village of Sembulung Sub-District Cluring Banyuwangi . This event will be based on the research of developmental disabilities that do not comply with the construction in the village of Sembulung Sub-district Cluring Banyuwangi Regency. So these researchers analyzed each of the variables and indicators, community participation in Musrenbangdes (X), Direct Participation (X 1), Indirect Participation (X 2), physical development village (Y). The methods used in this research is quantitative methods. The population in this research is 80 people respondents using product moment later obtained research results X 1 against the Y of 0.550 the figure when compared to the price of a product the moment critique with N = 80 of 0.220 exceeds the price of criticism it means Ha Ho accepted and rejected, x 2 against Y of 0.630 the figure when compared to the price of a product the moment critique with N = 80 of 0.220 exceeds the price of criticism it means Ha Ho accepted and rejected, and X against Y of 0.318 the figure when compared to the price of a product the moment critique with N = 80 of 0.220 exceed price critique means Ha Ho accepted and rejected.

Abstract

Abstract : The Effect of Performance of the Police Apparatus in the Traffic Unit Section on Cross-Community Compliance in Banyuwangi District. In traffic there are still many Banyuwangi people who do not comply with traffic regulations. Judging from the frequency of Banyuwangi people who violate traffic signs, administrative violations, and other traffic regulations. Among law enforcement officials, traffic police often deal directly with the community, especially road users. This study aims to get a real picture of the performance of the police apparatus, especially the traffic unit section, to improve the compliance of community traffic in Banyuwangi District. However, if seen from the results of performance (X) based on the specified indicators, namely discipline (X1) and apparatus education (X2), the results show that the discipline of the police apparatus in the traffic unit has aninfluence on community traffic compliance, while the police apparatus education has no effect on direct community traffic compliance. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the level of discipline of the apparatus both in terms of guarding and traffic patrol so as to be able to increase public compliance even more in traffic.
