Abstract

ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game edukasi sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran animasi 2D dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dari game edukasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan research and development dengan prosedur pengembangan MDLC (concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution). Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis data yang dikemukakan oleh Arikunto. Hasil penelitian menunjukan game edukasi berhasil dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Unity 2D. kelayakan game edukasi divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, ahli media menyatakan game edukasi  sangat layak digunakan dengan rara-rata presentase 89.33%, sedangkan ahli materi menyatakan game edukasi sangat layak dengan rata-rata presentase 95.29%, dari uji usability terhadap penggunakan mendapatkan rata-rata 83,10%, sehingga dapat disumpulkan game edukasi dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran Animasi 2D. ABSTRACT  This study aims to develop educational games as a supporting media for 2D animation learning and to determine the level of feasibility of educational games. This study uses a research and development model with MDLC (concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution) development procedures. This study uses data analysis techniques proposed by Arikunto. The results of the study showed that educational games were successfully developed using the Unity 2D application. The feasibility of educational games was validated by media experts and material experts, media experts stated that educational games were very feasible to use with an average percentage of 89.33%, while material experts stated that educational games were very feasible with an average percentage of 95.29%, from the usability test on users getting an average of 83.10%, so it can be concluded that educational games can be used in the 2D Animation learning process.
